The room smelled of mildew and Lysol. The bathtub had visible corrosion. And housekeeping 101: toilet-roll paper over the -top-, please. There was no coffee in-room, just lukewarm disgustingness in the lobby.

We decided to stay here last minute on a busy weekend. The man at the front desk was extremely pleasant. The rooms are a little out dated and small but are clean. The whole hotel has an over powering smell of Lysol and cigarettes. This is prob just a place where you want a clean room for the night, not... More

Disgusting scent of smoke everywhere, as non smoking and smoking rooms are randomly placed, with no doors to the outside, switched rooms only to find NONE of the windows are able to open, appears as if the latches were taken off purposely. Temperature was uncontrollable, alternating between chilly and sweaty. Was refused the return of our deposit due to us... More

This is the second time I have stayed here. The front desk staff are great - thanks Maria. For the price I think it is great. Next to McDonalds & Tims & on the other side Prairie Sushi. Was able to accommodate my need for ground floor non-smoking. Some of the oil patch crews can be a bit noisy but... More

The only reason I'm giving this place such a low rating is because I hardly slept the whole night. I've stayed at hostels many time and budget locations but never experienced this much noise. The guests around me were partying till about 0400, screaming non stop and up and talking loudly none stop again at 0600. The rooms were alright,... More

For the budget conscious traveller, this inn was clean, comfortable and well-priced. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. Location was quiet to ensure a good, restful night's rest. A simple breakfast was provided in the morning - definitely a plus. For a heavier meal, Tim Horton's was next door. Shopping Mall was conveniently located across the street also.... More

worst place to stay in gp.... never ever stay there! I went there once and rented a room with my kid for the night... the girl at the desk was nice enough, I got up to my room, I was in there for about 5 minutes!! that's about all I could stand! The bed was dirty and stinky... I don't... More

My husband and I stay here when we travel to Grande Prairie, we have zero complaints. Room is very clean, bath towels are white, beds are comfortable, microwave, fridge, excellent rate, excellent location (tim hortons next door). We travel and stay in upscale hotels/and budget motels frequently, found this to be the best value for money and best customer service. The... More

rooms stink and the place was very old fashioned. it felt very gloomy and depressing in the room. the bed sheets were awful (holes in the bed sheets and hair too!). the service was terrible -- the front desk doesnt seem to have enough knowledge to customer requests. the housekeepers did not look professional at all (a guy was wearing... The parking lot is being repaved so nowhere to park. Get to lobby and it smells. No elevator, so I had to lug my suit cases up 2 flights of stairs. Room stunk incredibly bad. Beds were clean at least. The side bed table fell off the wall when I put a bottle of water on it. A/C unit didn't... More
