The staff at the Coast Edmonton House were great! They were friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to make sure that we had a great time. We had a beautiful 2 bedroom suite overlooking the river valley that was spacious and very well thought out. I travel throughout Canada and the US for business and I've never stayed... more

I spent the weekend in this hotel with my boyfriend, my cousin and her boyfriend. It was my cousin's birthday, so we wanted something central so we wouldnt need to drive far to get to shopping. We had a Superior 2 double bed suite. The hotel needs better signage, as we accidently drove into the exit gate for the underground... more

I stay at this place regularly for the last few weeks. This is an apartment type hotel in downtown Edmonton. Easy access to downtown area. Hotel parkade is currently under renovation, but still in operation. Do expect some noise during the day. It is decent place but the building and the interior is a bit outdated. I stayed at a... more

When I phoned to reserve a room I was told to have a NONE smoking room I would have to upgrade to a superior room, so I did. When I arrived at the hotel the front desk confirmed I had booked a king size, none smoking superior room. He than told us that it would be ready in half an... more

We took a short family trip before Christmas. We wanted to go somewhere where we could shop at some different malls and take in some different activities as well. We flew into Edmonton because flight prices were great a week before Christmas. We decided to shop the West Edmonton Mall this year! I found the Coast Edmonton House on Hotels.ca.... more

My daughter got a 2-week elective working with children at the Glenrose Rehab Centre in downtown Edmonton and I went along because I had never been to this city. We origianlly booked with Campus Tower Hotel and when we found out that she would be working at Glenrose, the Operations Manager at Campus Tower, Kelly Anderson, called Coast Edmonton House... more

I've stayed in hotels all over Edmonton for business and decided to give this one a try. My first thought was "This place needs some renos!" Then I noticed a sign saying the hotel had been fully refurbished :-0 The hotel is very basic, with horrible decor, worn sofa and furniture but what looks like a new carpet. The bed... more

The room was booked on Priceline for someone else who had a few hours to kill in Edmonton before an evening dinner and a long late night drive back to Calgary. Although I was expecting the most basic room on a low floor in the hotel, it seems that the room given was actually a superior suite on a high... more

This hotel was apparently once a residential apartment building. My 32nd floor room had obviously once been a private apartment. The only renovations seemed to be a coat of paint and new carpets. I will concede that the view is spectacular. The hotel is on top of a hill and on top of it's parking garage. And I had plenty... more
