If you are looking for a first class place to stay. Move on. The rooms are dated. The staff friendly and helpful. If you need a good place to stay that is simple and located close to the main core of the city. Has shopping close by and you don't mind the fact that you are not in a high... More

We were looking for a pet-friendly hotel for a few nights on arriving late one night in Edmonton after travelling for 4 days. We happened to drive by the Whitemud and decided to ask if they were pet friendly. We were greeted by a wonderful lady who put us in a large, lovely room, and after the paperwork was done,... More

The service was okay ,no problems. The room was awful, did not feel clean at all, brick institution looking walls, rusty sink. The room came with a microwave and mini fridge, not even a coffee maker. I absolutely liked nothing about this room,i hope someone reads this and doesn't go there.

Checked in and wished I could have checked out! Had to stay somewhere in Edmonton near the Old Timer's Cabin for my brother's wedding in October 2007. Upon walking into the motel room I noticed that the room was very run down. The fridge didn't work. It froze my milk to ice. There was a leaky tap in the bathroom.... More
