I was asked to research hotels in the Stony Plain / Spruce Grove area, when I came across the Grove Motor Inn. I phoned to check on pricing, and the gentleman that answered the phone was quite rude and snappy. Due to the first impression that I received from him, I would never set foot in this establishment. more

I called in to the front desk to book a reservation for one of my clients, and the gentleman who answered the phone was rude and generally terrible. I was so appauled at the service I called back to ask for the manager to see if I could get some better answers or service not wanting to write off this... more

I have stayed here many times and ever time the service and food was fantastic!! I have had the best sleeps ever....I wish I could find a mattress like theirs. Where can you get a full breakfast for ONLY $2.49...WOW!! They have a lounge with VLT's and the cheapest drinks in the area, maybe in Alberta. The bar called Trappers,... more
