My teen daughter has scratches and cuts ( enough that they bleed) on her foot and her hip from touching the bottom of the pool after coming down the slide.. she said it was like daggers on the floor of the pool... the sign in the room said "no need to take towels from room, they are supplied at pool"... more

I booked this hotel online and when I showed up, there computer was down. The check in guy had several printouts of reservations but mine wasn't there. I gave him my prinout and he acted like he didn't know what to do. He eventually got me a room, but it seemed the hotel did not train him well enough. I... more

Booked through the Auto Club which had not let us down before. Paper thin walls and ceilings, rude and lazy staff, breakfast buffet was laughable. We checked in rather late in a rain storm. we had to park some distance from the door and got soaked running in. At the checkout was a sign that said "back in 5 minutes"... more

Our AAA-agent made reservations in this hotel for us for two smokefree rooms. When we arrived, there were only smokingrooms available, and we were told that a request for a smokefree room does not give any guarantees. Can you imagine?? Our agent was shocked as well, and had never heard anything like this before. Staff was not very helpful, did... more

August 7 we lucked out had a great receptionist and she was extremly helpful had a good deal on west ed mall passes. it is super close to the mall. we had a car and it... more

We stayed at this hotel for one night and it fit our needs. We were flying out the next day and wanted to spend the night at a hotel in West Edmonton that wasn't too pricey. After reviewing the comments on this site I was concerned but decided to give it a try. I thought the hotel was clean and... more

We stayed in this hotel while visiting Edmonton Mall with our two teenage daughters. Clean, decent breakfast bar and close to the mall. Would stay there again. more

I stay in west Edmonton about 10 times a year, I've stayed at the winggate before and the rooms are a 6/10. But we chose this hotel because of the pool and slide and have decided to give up on the winggate because the pool is unuseable. The pool is so cold that my 20 month old who has been... more

The hotel is located on an awkward one way street. There are signs up in the lobby & in the parking lots advising of a lot of recent break- in’s to vehicles. We were conveniently not given the room we requested even though we had confirmation that is what we would get & we were also charged more then what... more

I was generally disappointed with this hotel. The rooms were either too hot or too cold. We could not get the temperature regulated. The rooms were somewhat grungy as well. My grandson had a little ball with him with a velcro like exterior. When he rolled that ball across the floor, it was clogged with hair time and time again.... more
