This hotel really needs an update. The furniture in the room is out of date. The analog TV is old and the picture is not clear to watch. The elevator is so dirty and no one cares to vacuum/wash. The parking fee is $22 (CAD) / day. When I asked for the Courtyard (famous) warm cookies at night, I was... more

I had to book a hotel in Edmonton at the last minute and because of good reviews here and because I'm a member of the Marriott loyalty program, I chose this hotel. The room was nice enough, with typically nice, clean Marriott linens and pillows, but the king bed was quite hard and had a very bad squeak. The bathroom... more

Sat. May 23 we entered your establishment to have lunch. There was a line up of people waiting to be seated. We were seated in no time, recieved our menus and water and that was it.My husband was drinking his water and said it tasted funny. I decided to taste it to see what was wrong it tasted like vinegar At that moment... more

Had a very pleasant stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Edmonton. Good convenient downtown location. Nice spacious room and very clean. Front desk staff were very helpful and attentive to our needs. Restaurant food was quite good but service a little on the slow side. Our only real complaint was that on our morning of departure the housekeeping staff knocked... more

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Upon arrival, we were given room 702, nice river view, but room extremely small with 1 king size bed and a non-flushing toilet. Called front desk to complain and was told, sorry, no other rooms available. I said that's not good enough. Later, someone called that they were coming to speak with me.... more

As always, I must start by saying that as a business traveller, my number one priority is convenience. The Marriott Courtyard has a great location close to downtown. I stayed in room 622 and the view was spectacular, right over the river! This Courtyard had more services than most Courtyards I've stayed in, with a decent dinner menu (not spectacular... more

This hotel exceeded my expectations (I was expecting a 3-star). I was thrilled with the Business Centre right in the lobby--free internet. There's free coffee and tea in the mornings. My room was well appointed, bathroom was huge, and bed comfy. Could've used more covers on the bed--the extra blanket was barely enough. I just turned up the heat. The... more

We had such a nice room- we booked a suite- my kids had their own room, TV, bathroom. The room was large- my bathroom was a nice size and had a window to look out over the city. The bedroom windows looked over the Fairmont nextdoor and the tall buildings- beautiful view. The room was CLEAN- and that would make... more

My husband and I spent two days in Edmonton over the Xmas holidays. We bid on a room through Priceline and got a decent rate at the Marriott downtown. Upon arrival the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We were expecting an average type of room as we booked through Priceline (previously we've always ended up with hotel rooms that... more

More a Marriott hotel than a Courtyard. Great location, excellent price, great service. Restaurant/Bar has great view. Ask for a corner room if available. Food: Julio's Bario in Strathcona was great fun and good food. Four Rooms in downtown area has live Jazz, good food at reasonable prices. more
