Perfect for the long term business traveller or family with smokers or pets. It has a great family restaurant, pub, gym, laundry, convenience store, great area with lots of food choices - even a workwear store. Convenient location and great service

I stayed there for 4 nights with friends. We got a room for 5. Non-smoking as requested. Receptionist at the hotel was very kind and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily. Good place to stay for a price. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Complementary coffee and small muffins for breakfast. Hotel is located few blocks away from the city centre but... More

Worst place we've stayed in and we've backpacked round the world in hostels so pretty bad! They put us in a smoking room, the smell was awful! We had our 19 month old son with us as well, the window was broken so we couldn't open it! There was a adjoining door and the neighbours were smoking drugs so the... More

I booked in this hotel with certain doubts after reading other reviews on TripAdvisor, but I think this place is misjudged, it is a 3 star hotel so you don't have to expect much, however my stay was awesome, the place is a bit old but is cheap compared to other hotels on the same category and this one has... Stopped here overnight on the way to Jasper National Park in 08/2014. Hotel is located in an industrial part of the city basically in a strip mall. It actually occupies the second and third floors of a building while the ground level is a convenience store and some other businesses. Lobby is clean. As mentioned by others, rooms are HUGE... Not much has changed since I reviewed in 2011. Still very basic with not many extras. Express breakfast of only toast/muffins & cereal but really a steal for an overnight stay. Clean & neat at a great price with the STUP coupon & met basic requirements for a place to sleep while in town for a concert. Couldn't figure out... More

Great place to stay for the price. The rooms are huge and the speed of WiFi is excellent with seperate WiFi fir each room. The breakfast in the morning is pretty basic nothing fancy though. The hotel is only 5min from downtown. Lit if construction around the hotel

Why I spent most of my stay up there??? Here are a few reasons I reckon that I should share... 1. Economical hotel as compared to other hotels on the south side. 2. No worry about food as Rosie's restaurant is attached to the hotel. Moreover, Subway, Donair Place is situated in the same plaza. 3. When you enter the... More

Mid-priced, utilitarian accommodations. Nothing fancy, and shouldn't be judged against superior establishments. It is what it is. Most surprising aspect, and this is a credit to the staff who most obviously take pride in their work, was the cleanliness of my room. No stray hairs on the tile, no build-up in the corners of the main room. I booked this... More
