Hotel is a great location across from the mall however it is way over priced. This hotel has no continental breakfast, no fitness room, no pool no free Internet and costs more than most new hotels that offer everything. Not worth the money

Warning: do not book here. booked and canceled and they charged me for a night even though i canceled. They found the recorded call for my booking but not my cancellation. Now I have to have visa open a case and clear the charges

West Edmonton Mall Inn is a basic hotel across the street from West Edmonton Mall. It is clean and has comfortable beds. The main advantage of this hotel is that it is close to the mall and you can take advantage of mall attraction packages without paying the high prices of the Fantasyland Hotel in the mall.

I stayed two nights and found the hotel ideally located by West Edmonton Mall. The room was clean, the hotel staff was friendly. Many things were but working when I was there: no pay movies, door to underground parking, toilet was plugged! This stay was okay. Nothing great. Rooms are old and in need of a really good cleaning, service was polite but not overly friendly . For the premium price I expected better. Will try something just a little further down the road next time.

I stayed with my on in January 2013 for 4 nights. The room was very clean and everything worked fine. The location is very good, the West Edmonton Mall is right across the road and parking even with a trailer no problem. Very friendly people and service.
