Stayed here on business. Staff were friendly, thoughtful and helpful. This Hotel is like too many in Edmonton. Tired carpet, kitchens and elevators. I have traveled in four continents over the last 35 years on holidays and business. Alberta hotels are tired, and worn out. Room was clean and spacious but cracked bathroom tiles, a tub that was not draining... More

I see from other recent reviews complaints about renovations. For me, minimal renos noted in the lobby. I was in a renovated room on the 18th floor and it was great. Very comfy bed. Quiet at night. The fitness centre could be better. Decent food in the restaurant, but limited beer selection. Extensive breakfast buffet in the cafe. Great location.... More

I stayed on the 6th floor in Sep (read my review) and was not impressed. Given they are the closest hotel to the office, I decided to give them one more chance. This time I booked a premium room and was given one of the newly renovated rooms on the 19th floor. It was a very nice room, with an... More

As a stop over for the airport this was fine, in fact lots of air crews were staying when we stayed. Hotel was very nice, nice bar, nice pool and nice breakfast. However the placement of the hotel was little distant from most things ( entertainment, restaurants etc, and the Mall), there were one or two nearby restaurants nearby in... More

Hotel is under renovation but you'd never know it once in our room. We were on the 19th floor, in a newly renovated corner room. Very nice, no real complaints. Only thing was wifi didn't seem to be working but not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.

Had booked a room months in advance and when we arrived it was not available. It was late so simply accepted another room. It was dark and grossly overheated with no way to drop the temperature. Must we save a few cents with dingy lightbulbs!! Phoned around and in short time found another hotel that was very acceptable at near... More

Great hotel, very accommodating staff and very nice rooms. excellent beds, have a fridge and free coffee in rooms, and nice decor. As well there is a excellent breakfast buffet and bar/lounge in the building. Parking is in a parkade type attached to the hotel which is nice on winter mornings. :)

One of the first things you see when you enter the hotel is the construction zone in the lobby. That was our first indication that the hotel was undergoing renovations. We checked into our room which was very dated and after discovering that the three way lamps had one way low light bulbs we called maintenance to have those replaced... More

Under renovation. Redecorated rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast buffet includes Eggs Benedict and all the usual breakfast food. The dinner menu is limited. I enjoyed the linguine with spinach and salmon. My friend's pricey steak was a disappointment in size, flavour and over cooked. Front desk staff are friendly and accommodating.

Decent rooms, good location. Have no complaints/issues. Easy check-in. Good service. Close to restaurants and the downtown mall and pubs. Will stay again. There is a restaurant downstairs which has a breakfast buffet for $14.99.
