Had not stayed here for about 10 years as I prefer to stay in a hotel close to where I will be working however since I was downtown I went back to the Coast. The first plus was the rate. I'm sure it was cheaper than the last time I stayed. Rooms are very comfortable and clean. Ate in the... More

We stayed here after a night on Jasper Ave for New Years Eve. Good central location within walking distance of most things. Bed was very comfortable and room was a good size and clean. Great for a night out on Jasper!

This is a great hotel-I come here to relax and unwind. The beds are very comfortable, the rooms are quiet, and the staff is friendly. It is always clean and well maintained. Even with all that, I have to say, the best part is they have room service 24 hours! It's so fun to lounge in bed and have a... More

We have stayed at this hotel in Edmonton a few times. It is convenient to downtown. It has been renovated and cared for which is appreciated as it makes for a more comfortable stay. There is nothing particularly exceptional about it but we feel its a trustworthy place to stay that we can count on. We are members of Coast... More

This was the 10th year in a row that my sisters and mom spent a 3-day weekend at the Coast Edmonton Plaza Hotel. We will definitely be back for our 11th annual! What great staff and great food. Thank you!

Stayed here on business. Staff were friendly, thoughtful and helpful. This Hotel is like too many in Edmonton. Tired carpet, kitchens and elevators. I have traveled in four continents over the last 35 years on holidays and business. Alberta hotels are tired, and worn out. Room was clean and spacious but cracked bathroom tiles, a tub that was not draining... More

I see from other recent reviews complaints about renovations. For me, minimal renos noted in the lobby. I was in a renovated room on the 18th floor and it was great. Very comfy bed. Quiet at night. The fitness centre could be better. Decent food in the restaurant, but limited beer selection. Extensive breakfast buffet in the cafe. Great location.... More

I stayed on the 6th floor in Sep (read my review) and was not impressed. Given they are the closest hotel to the office, I decided to give them one more chance. This time I booked a premium room and was given one of the newly renovated rooms on the 19th floor. It was a very nice room, with an... More

As a stop over for the airport this was fine, in fact lots of air crews were staying when we stayed. Hotel was very nice, nice bar, nice pool and nice breakfast. However the placement of the hotel was little distant from most things ( entertainment, restaurants etc, and the Mall), there were one or two nearby restaurants nearby in... More

Hotel is under renovation but you'd never know it once in our room. We were on the 19th floor, in a newly renovated corner room. Very nice, no real complaints. Only thing was wifi didn't seem to be working but not a big deal. Would definitely stay here again.
