This hotel is at the edge of downtown, and not really walking distance to any attractions, but the area seems safe. The lobby is well appointed and the staff very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool area is a reasonable size and well-equipped, though the bathroom is a little dated. The price was excellent. Some of the... More

Underground parking with good access to main lobby. Room was spacious with 2 Double beds that were very hard. Spacious bathroom with roll-in shower, only problem is the shower controls are on the opposite wall from bench seat out of arms length. Regular toilet with 1 vertical grab bar. Heat A/C controls at eye level in a wheelchair. Restaraunt and... More

Stayed with the family for a night. This was not our first stay at the Coast Plaza. Had a great time. Rooms were clean and had plenty of space for the kids to play. The pool are was fun for the kids. The front desk were helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!

Were in Edmonton on vacation and found this Hotel downtown a great location for getting around. Staff was friendly, and very helpful. Room was fine, shower hot, found it very quiet at night. Great value for the price, and suited us just fine. Did not rent a car, so was close to bus and LRT which was no problem getting... More

A nice hotel with easy check in process, but the construction outside was terrible - luckily our room looked the other direction …. onto a condo's balcony. Luckily I had plans the majority of the time I was there so the room was simply used as a place to shower and sleep. Starbucks coffee for the in room machine, but... More

We stay at hotels a lot and have a few favorites but I always seen this hotel online and was curious about it. Booked online for a 3 night stay. Shame we had to stay at this hotel for 3 nights. First morning of our stay we were woke up at 7:30 with music coming from the room above us.... More

Booked on Hotwire and never stayed at this hotel before. For me, it's a place to sleep and shower in the morning as I travel to the city for football games. Access to LRT is important to me which is why I stay downtown. This hotel is near a grocery store should you need it as well. Loved the room.... More

I understand not all the rooms have been renovated. I understand some of the reviews on this page are a little low -- and some are baffled at the inconsistency of reviews. I would attribute this to the fact that certain floors have been renovated. I can say that if you stay on the 14th floor, you will not be... More

A large group of family and friends (in town for a wedding) stayed here in a variety of room types, and I heard no complaints from anyone about their accommodations. I saw inside a variety of rooms, and all seemed good. Staff seemed friendly. Housekeeping was good. The downtown location is convenient (although beware of night-time activities in the park... More
