There's a few downsides to this place. Parking is $19/night plus tax. Internet is horrible slow. There is mold in the shower. There was a stain on the towel, and the elevator was sketchy and not working properly.

I've been in this hotel several times over the last 12 months, because I am following a project at a company based in downtown. I have used various types of rooms, all quite spacious and comfortable, though a bit long-standing, especially for furniture. The bathroom is large, although with combined bath and shower, while I generally prefer a separate shower.... More

My experience wasnt any better from the same hotel i stayed at in hotel. Management are a bunch of idiots that avoid your questions about the cost of rooms. They enjoy taking advantage of you and they are only money hounds. I didn't care for the room, it was poorly made and looked like a two year old made up... More

Wow...no wonder this place dropped from top 10 in ranking to 30. Horrible front office. Couldn't care less when I complained about the driveway blocked by construction guys. Too bad they didn't block the homeless out front picking through the garbage. My wife refused to leave the hotel without me. Not safe. Stayed here a few years back. Hotel is... More

I stayed here for two nights while on business in Edmonton. The hotel is in the middle of a renovation down in the lobby so it's busy with construction workers, huge tarps of plastic and construction sounds (although I couldn't hear any from my room) The decor in the hallways and the suites themselves is dated and feels a little... Room was exceptionally dirty with complete lack of pride from the management or housekeeping. One of the dirtiest hotels I have stayed in. Avoid at all costs. See pictures below. Stain on duvet, ceiling had brown spots all over, window sill had stain/mold marks on it. I brought this to attention of housekeeping and they dismissed all of my concerns.... More

this hotel is located in downtown, close to many good restaurants It is undergoing upgrading at this time. I prefer the even rooms especially higher up because these are unobstructed western views of the city. The odd rooms look at a bunch of condos who are looking in on you, not good. The rooms are clean but dated. All rooms... More

I was slightly nervous having read the more negative reviews. I stayed for five nights for business and found every aspect of the hotel to be very good. My room (on the sixth floor), was quiet and large ( two queen sized beds). My bed was supremely comfortable. I liked the daily newspaper under my door every morning, and housekeeping... More

The bones on the hotel are good, but it needs some new carpet, paint and mattresses. I was on the 7th floor which had not been updated. The lobby is getting a facelift and some reviews report the higher floors are better so perhaps go higher. The good is that the room was clean and the hotel is very central.... More
