This hotel was moderately clean with comfortable beds and good pillows. It is moderately priced and located close to lots of restaurants and shopping. However, I had a few issues with the hotel. I had booked a queen suite online for a room with a fridge and microwave, but was booked into a regular room. When I complained I was... more

Stayed 2 nights but I should have left after 5 minutes in the room... Dingy and dark... Smelly or pets... Furniture needs replacing (dirty).. and I had to ask to replace the bed cover because it was filthy.. . Problems with heat.. either working and cannot stop it (and you cannot breathe) or not working and freezing... I tried to... more

I booked for an excellent rate through Priceline's 'name your own price'. Obviously, I had no choice in which hotel I would be staying, so I ended up here. I was out for a girl's weekend with my two sisters, and we were all pleased with the accomodation. The room had a double bed and a single sofabed. There was... more

This hotel is very close to the west Edmonton Mall, and since that was the purpose of our trip, it made for a good base to get to the mall quickly. The hotel is really lacking in amenities though; no breakfast- which all Comfort Inns are supposed to offer; no hotub, no public computer, no workout room. Good thing all... more

Well, we booked because the price was right and it was close to the big mall. When we arrived Coleen checked us in. We were disapointed to find out that all they had was a 2nd floor room and the hotel was full no rooms left on the bottom level. Being seniors it was going to be hard to get... more

The hotel was clean and the rates were reasonable. It's not a 5 star, but for the price it was reasonable and we will be staying there again. more

The hotel was not kept up. The hallways were dingy and carpet was stained. Inside the rooms were not cleaned well and there were stains on the comforter. The sheets were not changed at all during our three days even though we put the sign on the bathroom door to have them cleaned. Some of the staff was unhelpful. The... more

IIf you’re looking for a hotel close to West Edmonton Mall, find a different one. For those of you that travel with pets, they do allow pets. For those of you, who don't travel with pets, don’t stay here. The hallways smell like cat urine. The 1:00 AM fire alarm that woke everyone up as they had to go out... more

We stayed at the Comfort Inn Edmonton last summer while we were visiting the West Edmonton Mall. We found the staff very friendly and most accomodating. The room we booked was a non-smoking room and it was very clean and fresh. In reading the other reviews I was surprized to see what others were saying. One, can you prove you... more
