Hotel is just a few minutes walk to underground train stain on Jasper Avenue. We picked this location because it offered breakfast (decent selection) and was on the train line. Going to the concert at the Coleseum was fine -buy a return ticket so you don't have to visit the pay machines after the show - but the lineups leaving... More

Being new and visiting Edmonton Canada for the first time, this Comfort Inn left me speechless - the best customer service and accommodations ever provided. Because of this, I think Canada is a great place to visit or live and it's all due to the friendliest, nicest, very helpful, fun, hard working employees I met at this location. Go Canada!... More

This hotel was OK.. The door to the bathroom needed fixing, had to kick the bottom corner to get it to close and really yank on the doorknob to get it back open again. The bathtub faucet ran constantly. Besides that though, the hotel was pretty ok. Had to have a key in order to use the elevator, so we... More

We stayed here for four nights in the beginning of July. We needed close access to the Kinsmen Sport Centre and this hotel was in an awesome spot. My first impression was that it was slightly outdated, but attempts to keep it competitive were obvious. The rooms themselves, I found to be clean, well stocked and had a refrigerator and... More

This hotel is older and shabby. The room we had was facing the swimming pool with no outside view. The room was clean but quite rundown. It suited our needs well as it provided a good breakfast and a fine place to sleep for the night. We spent all day and most of the evening out. We used the hot... More

Older hotel in the heart of Downtown Edmonton. From the lobby to the room, clearly the hotel has a lot of miles on it but is really in good condition and appears to be well-maintained. Great location, tons of food, nightlife, culture within walking distance. $10 CAD charged for parking, didn't find out about this hidden charge until check-in. Front... More

We are staying at this hotel right now as a team. This hotel is filthy and outdated. Our first room had dirty towels left behind the bathroom door and the carpets in the room were gross. The room smelt like stale old cheap perfume and was piping hot. The windows were dirty and if you wanted to open the window... More

Just checked out and waiting for the train to Vancouver so thought I would write up this moderately priced good value hotel straight away. Very impressed, much better than expected at the price. Breakfast was simple but very good variety with self made fresh waffle machines which turned out a waffle in 3 minutes! Bacon/sausage, eggs, cereals toast, muffins pastries... More

Styrofoam plates and cups, plastic forks and spoons. Not much to choose from in the food department either. The room was fine, but the exercise room, pool and sauna open only at 9:00 in the morning. If you're hear on business, it means your only option for using these is the evening.

Got an up grade to a suite. Older hotel but well taken care of with friendly staff. Nice pool and hot tub very clean has change rooms and sauna. Good breakfast and it was easy to walk to most things I was doing. Nice and quiet at night. Bud
