OK the price point is good ,about 110 a night . I really wouldn't want to pay more than that however it did include parking so that is a bonus. The location is good for DT access ,the room and bathroom were all clean and my room was quiet . There is a pool and hot tub on main floor... More

This hotel has a bar on the main floor with loud music. When you book a room here. I suggest you avoid a room on the second floor to buffer the noise. There was a nice hot and cold breakfast with plenty of seating home. The hotel is walking distance to the downtown area and very central if your driving.... More

Our room was nice and clean, however, the lobby and halls needed a coat of fresh paint and new carpeting. There were some funky smells in the hallway. There is a pub on the mainfloor that seemed a bit seedy that shares the hallway from the rear entrance. The breakfast buffet was good. The location is convenient to downtown. It... More

With our first time to Edmonton, we were not sure where to book but needed easy access to restaurants, public transport and the places we need to visit particularly for our stay. The hotel looks better in the photos, our room was spacious enough, a bit noisy right opposite the elevator, we had a comfy king sized bed, whilst the... More

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean and quiet, which is what I needed this weekend. The decor could use updating, but at the price point, I didn't expect to be in an ultra modern facility. The staff were unobtrusive yet friendly. I'd stay here again.

Front desk staff were friendly and courteous. Beds were comfortable. Pillows were fabulous. Rooms are tiny and crowded. Carpets are dirty and stained. Swimming pool and hot tub are do small they are a joke. Pools says holds 10, and hot tub 4. I think those numbers are optimistic. Would be a good place to stay if price was less... More

Cheerful staff, beautiful room and excellent breakfast! I was expecting a small room with a bed, TV, mall table, microwave & small fridge, but was quite surprise when I waked into this fabolous room. This was a business trip but would highly recommend it for family or couples. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to other travellers.

If you're taking Red Arrow, this hotel is just around the corner. But overall there are hotels around the same area with better locations and amenities in DT Edmonton. (My window was toward a parking lot and someone else' apartments, so I kept my curtains down all the time) The room was small and the wireless was seriously unstable and... More

The parking staff are rude and racist. I was trying to park in the back but some parking stuff told me there were no parking space and told me to park at a pay to park. There were 5 parking space open and I asked them why I couldn't park in them. They said the Chinese restaurant parking spaces are... More

I loved the stay here. Felt more like a boutique hotel than a chain. The staff and managers were very friendly, the rooms excellent with good beds. Very good amenities for the techy traveller, with usb ports to charge any device. If you want to have a very nice relaxing stay with easy access to Edmonton's downtown area and easy... More
