Love staying at the Ramada! I choose this Hotel over any in Edmonton. The staff are so friendly and helpful as well the price is reasonable and it includes a fine buffet breakfast at no extra charge! We enjoyed our tasty food in the "Graze" Restaurant. Leah was our waitress, she was very pleasant and helpful. She went out of... More

I was at the restaurant for breakfast to meet a colleague and the waitress we had was exceptionally pleasant and overall nice. Had a very nice name too! Marizel! I won't forget her name because first time I heard about it. The service and the food was excellent. Totally recommend to everyone.

The furniture was well used. Public areas are dated. While in the room voices could be heard in the hall and the closing of doors. Free WIFI, free breakfast and free parking. Close to the Royal Alex Hospital, NAIT, and Kingsway Mall.

Honestly was skeptical as I had read other reviews but we booked anyway. We have been making many trips to Edmonton and wanted something centrally located, inexpensive and....well,nice. The lobby is dated (not gonna lie, the whole hotel is pretty dated) but the staff was friendly, efficient, courteous. The in-house restaurant was lovely, food was good and served quickly and... I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel because it was very clean and the staff were awesome, starting off with the front desk when we checked in. Breakfast was the only meal we were there for and the service was exceptional...especially Hazel! Thank you all. Will stay there again.

Pretty standard hotel, but what sets it apart is the great service. At the check-in desk, the gentleman was very friendly and prompt, and the restaurant server (Mao I believe) had the best waitor service I have ever had. He was very attentitive during all aspects of the meal. Only downside was there were no real blankets in the rooms,... More

First the bad, after reserving a queen suite that would fit our family of six I arrived to find no room avaliable was offered one in smoking area that I could look at. Turns out that one wasn't avaliable either, we then had the good fortune to deal with a manger that made it right. She offered me 2 queen... More
