I've stayed here a few times only because its close to where I needed to be. I stayed in the newer part and the older part of the hotel. Newer part is nice and clean. Thank-you for your comments, which I have shared with my team. We are glad that you enjoyed your breakfast buffet and the food from Botanica restaurant. Our north tower is in need of a refresh, and our rates reflect this. In the spring time with fluctations in outside temperature from warm to cold the teperature does take time to adjust.... More

“As this stay was for Medical reasons, we were very pleased...”

As this stay was for Medical reasons, we were very pleased to receive a discount on the Room Rate. We also appreciated the excellent Complimentary Breakfast when we got back from our 6:00AM Medical Appointment. These are definitely things that help make Medical Issues a bit easier to deal with.
