I stayed one night at the Delta while attending a conference. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable and quiet. Some of my colleagues complained about noise, but they had rooms next to a major thoroughfare. I only got to sample the catering staff's breakfast and lunch, which was very tasty and generous. The AGM for our organization was held... more

Stayed there the for three nights the third week of March. I had stayed a couple of years ago and hadn't been terribly impressed - poor service and a snippy response to my online survey. This time the service was much better. Parking: Free or $10 to valet. I had no problem with the free parking. Check In: Fast and... more

After a 5 hour trip to Edmonton, for an emergency we experienced a $154 room with LOUD music....phoned down and they said did they not tell you about the wedding on the 11th floor. I said no, we just wanted a good nights sleep. They did move us to the 4th and it was almost just as bad. My parents... more

Stayed there for a week since Holiday Inn was full. Check in took less than 5 minutes, staff were very freindly. I met the cleaner in the hallway who asked in I needed anything as she was going for lunch and wouldnt be back up until 3pm. So extra coffe and some biscuits were provided. In fact it was the nicest... more

I really do not think this hotel should be part of the Delta chain! It was substandard to any other Delta hotel and my requests were not tended to. more

I used to stay here for business. No more after mutiple bad experiences. First time I was there, I asked for a king size bed. They sent me to a lower floor with the most terrible room ... worse than lots of the Super 8 hotels out there. The carpet and walls were gross, and the couch ... it looks... more

We found the hotel very clean and comfortable. We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and found our stay pleasant. Our room was South facing towards a busy highway with lots of traffic during the day. We found the room to be quiet and at night the traffic was quieter and we had a comfortable nights sleep with no... more

We booked a "Delta Room" (std. room) on the hotel website and requested a room on the upper floors facing north (on the other side from the Whitemud Freeway). When we got to the hotel check in was handled quickly and efficiently as there was nobody else waiting to check in. When we got to the room it hadn't been... more

This place is a conferance centre and it shows that it has alot of people using the facility.Overall presentation not that good, but our room was clean and comfortable. We did not spend alot of time at this facility and IMO this is not the type of hotel to spend alot of time in.The restaurant and lounge were standard hotel issue. It served... more

I had read the other reviews on trip advisor about this hotel but thought, hey, it's a Delta. How bad can it be when the brand is generally quite good? Well, the previous negative comments were spot on. I specifically asked the front desk clerk if the room was quiet. She assured me that it was. I had a "deluxe"... more
