I stayed two nights at the Four Points in Edmonton to conduct business. It was my first stay at the Four Points. The hotel was clean and quiet and my room was a good size. The front desk told me that they are a busy hotel and are often sold out, lucky for me they still had a room for... more

We choose the Sheraton because we thought we would try something new and plus it was close to Ikea. We are from Hinton and usually book a room in Edmonton usually once every other month. We usually stay at the Westin but that seems to be going down hill. We thought the Sheraton was the same level as the Westin... more

My boyfreind lives out in Edmonton, and it was nice to be able to get away from his uncle and his aunt (whom he stays with) for a couple of nights. I have no major complaints, other than room service woke us up at 7am when they were delivering to our neighbours. It was recently renovated, elevators were quick, food... more

I have stayed at this hotel before and had not been very pleased as the room they had given me then smelled of smoke. But this time I found the renovations have transformed the rooms with nice pastel colors almost as though designed by Martha Stewart using Ikea's unique furniture. A 37" or 40" LCD TV. A very cozy bed... more

Had stayed in the hotel in February 2007, in the middle of renovations. Now, in June, most of the renovations were complete -- new carpets, new mattresses, etc. and the hotel is much improved. The rooms are very comfortable, albeit the bathrooms are a touch small. Three of the four frontdesk staff we dealt with were very pleasant. The fourth... more

We were disappointed with this hotel. We arrived as a group of 5, with two separate reservations, and were told that neither of the rooms were available as booked over the hotel website. The front desk receptionist was pleasant, but indicated that the hotel webiste frequently overbooked rooms, and that often the rooms booked were not actually available. She referred... more

Three friends stayed in a non-smoking deluxe queen room. The room looked clean, but as soon as we entered our non-smoking room the air was stale and smokey. I was very annoyed and upset at the fact that I had to breathe this air all night. Woke up smelling smoke in the middle of the night as well. If there... more

I get the impression that all of the previous reviews of this hotel were written by the hotel staff. I'm sorry if I'm wrong. When I called this hotel to make reservations, I was told it was close to downtown and other major attractions. We were planning on attending Klondike Days with my kids. When we arrived, we discovered the... more
