Stayed here for 5 days and have no complaints. Hotel is just steps from the Edmonton City Centre. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and super helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to be close to downtown and would stay there again.

Very close to the LRT to get to Rexall as well as many downtown pubs and restaurants. Hotel could of used a few updates but not a bad place to stay for a night away or if you are in town for an event.

Clean, spacious rooms. Good service. We only stayed one night but it was very nice. It was our second stay we stayed during renovations last year and it was much better this time around. Front desk staff could be a little more up beat and friendly. The one helping us was very quiet and hardly looked up at us. I... More

Considering that the hotel lobby was quite grand and the pictures on line make this appear to be a top city hotel; I was very disappointed. The elevator, hallways, pool area could only be described as grubby. The room was out of date and could really do with a make over. It was covered in dust. Luckily I only stayed... More

Stayed here with my partner and 1 year old for the opening match of the Women's World Cup. Even though the hotel was packed for two massive conferences and the World Cup, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They secured us a room with an adjoining room so my brother in law could have the room next door when... More

So my husband and I went to Edmonton and spent a night in this hotel. We rolled up about 11 pm and I went in to check in and get Valet to go park our vehicle. I was handed the ticket and the valet driver went out to meet my husband outside and get the keys from him. The driver... More

We've been here overnight. Got here last night and check-in was fine. Elevator had a dirty old carpet on the floor, and the hand rail was coming off. They could really use a good cleaner and a handy-person. We were hungry so visited Chop House in the lobby. I had some crab cakes. They were deep fried -- not my... More

This place is a dive. I can't believe it's a Sutton Place. One may think they are at a truck stop in the 1970s. All I can say is that I wouldn't recommend this to any colleague or friends. The staff are ok, not mean....but not very customer service oriented either. They forgot to provide a wake up call. Water... More

I stayed in this room as part of a Valentine's day promotion. We received chocolate covered strawberries, sparkling wine and a lovely breakfast in bed. The food was quite good. The room decor was perhaps a bit outdated but it was still very nice and clean. The only negative for this hotel is that it is close to a casino... More

I booked The Sutton Place in Edmonton for the Hayhouse, I can do it conference for my Mom and I as I had stayed at the BEAUTIFUL Sutton Place in downtown Vancouver, so thought it would be a sure bet. Our arrival was met with no parking except for pay parking across the street in a parkade and valet parking... More
