We are happy with this hotel, especially after booking a junior suite (family of 2 adults and 2 kids). When we arrived, the hotel upgraded us to a business suite which made us very happy. The room is very nice and we appreciated the upgrade. Unfortunately, the complimentary breakfast only covers 2 people. Our kids are not big eaters, so... more

Sorry to say I have stayed here before and was pleased that was three years ago. But this time very disappointed the elevators smelt like a public restroom, the main lobby and hallways smelt like it had recently been fumigated or pesticide of some sorts. Our room refrigerator still had food in it from previous guest. And once we saw... more

The location is poor as it seems to be near an industrial area. It is far from restaurants but if you are into strip joints, there is one around the corner. The food is the worse I have had in a long time. I ordered a salad from room service on my first night here - and it was old... more

Booked a Business Suite with a king bed - through Hotels.ca before 2:00 pm arrived at the hotel at 10:30 PM they had no reservation for us. After 15 minutes and telling us we would have to pay again she checked the email and said "Oh here it is, We don't check the email very often" She said "why do... more

I must say that I was quite shocked at the reviews on this great hotel! The first time my husband and I stayed here, we arrived very late into the night, turns out the room that was booked for us was not vacated, so they upgraded us into an executive suite, free of charge! It was amazing. We then brought... more

I really wanted NOT to like this place, but…... I always book accommodation based on Tripadvisor and dreaded the thought of going to this hotel, after my colleague booked us both in for 4 nights. However I honestly believe the present grading is too harsh. This is not a plush or memorable hotel, but my experience was far from horrific.... more

Amazing lobby, and the website boasted of class and elegance. However, once I arrived, they couldn't find my reservation, and once sent to my room, I was in shock of the wobbly elevator, dark and stained hallways, food from room service left out all over the place, and my actual room had burnt out lights, dated furniture and decor, and... more

The room I had was small and very dark. The coffee pot was in the bathroom and there was no fridge in the room. The fan was extremely noisy. The toilet was not bolted to the floor and banged against the wall every time you sat down or got up. The decor was dark and ugly. Our room faced the... more

This hotel needs a major face lift.We had to call for clean glasses, toilet tissue, and towels. There were no carts for your luggage. The hotel lobby and restaurant were so cold you had to wear your coat to breakfast and dinner. My sister had paid the room on her visa, when she got her bill there was a charge... more

We seem to be the only people who have no problems with this hotel. We stayed here Dec 27-31. Rooms We typically stay in the renovated tower (the south tower) but this time we stayed in the north tower (above the bar). We were on the 5th floor. Room was a little dated but fine. It was clean and nothing... more
