I had to travel to Edmonton for my daughter to undergo heart surgery. The hotel was under renovations at the time and I was warned by the Front Desk clerk when I booked. This hotel and it's staff were simply outstanding in what they did for me and my daughter. The shuttle drivers took us to the hospital each time... more
Front desk staff very friendly, however the internet is so slow it is basically useless. Good luck in finding someone to ever show up at the restaurant entrance to actually seat you---and it says to wait to be seated. I waited 5 full minutes last time just to see if they ever came to see who might be waiting and... more
Everything at this hotel was beyond what I expected! Friendly staff, beautiful meeting rooms, excellent food, the whole nine yards! I have never stayed at a better hotel! Anything you need the Sawridge Edmonton South they can accommodate! I highly recommend this hotel! I will surely be staying here again, and again. more
Just a note, this hotel is not under the Holiday Inn brand anymore as of Aug 15 2008. I stayed here for business, because I needed to be in the south Edmonton area I thought this location would be close to where I need to be. However there are some bad points of my stay.
