“Clean room but poor service.”

I had a comfortable stay in my room but the service standard of the staff needs improvement. The elevator is old and makes a lot of noise that becomes overbearing if your room is close to it. Also the carpet needs to be clean as it had a very bad smell.

“My Stay at Cedar Park 06 - 08 MAY 13”

I was met with a smile by everyone, and everyone in the hotel was helpful to the best of their abilities. Special thanks to the hotel manager Mandy Clutesi who complied to my request of arranging a room for me upon arrival at 10 AM.

“Great location and service”

Booked for one night stay, friendly staff cudos to Priya at from reception. Extremely helpful and warm. Defiantly stay here again when I am in Edmonton. Room was clean and well laid out. however, the gym does need a bit of a sprucing up.

Compared to 14 months ago it has been completely renovated. Smells and looks great everywhere. All staff friendly, courteous and competent. Hot buffet breakfast the usual fare but worth prebooking. This hotel has been under a lot of restorations. All new furnishings and beds. They have some new front desk staff. Exterior has new paint.
