I wont lie, i think this place is way over priced. I went traveling throughout AB. And this hotel was almost double per night then everywhere else i stayed at. But also knew that when I was booking the room. I enjoyed the themed rooms but felt the Igloo room is smaller then when I went as a kid. So... more

To start off, staying here was for our family a special treat - so if you're looking for value, you're searching in the wrong place. We stayed for 2 nights in a Luxury Theme room and the average cost was about $335/night + taxes. We had the Polynesian theme and it was fantastic. The room was very clean, extremely spacious... more

My friend is a travel agent so she got a great deal on the themed room that my 10 year old daughter had her heart set on but it was still exceptionally over priced. We stayed in the "Igloo" room because my daughter wanted to sleep in the massive round bed that looked like half an igloo. That was the... more

We stayed in the Fatasyland from Apr 09 to 11th 2009, I understand it was an easter long weekend and it was very, very crowded for the staff to handle, but nevermind that; this hotel needs to be demolished and put in some new 2009 stuff in it, the front entrance looks like a third world dirty old hotel, with... more

After a few minor hiccups, which were dealt with immediately we had a wonderful stay. The assistant manager and his staff couldn't have done more to ensure that we had a good time, nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant (grill) at Fantasyland is excellent and well worth a visit. The staff there, as everywhere else, were very attentive and... more

we were so pleased with our African theme room #903. It was much more than I had expected based on other reviews. We received free attraction passes as well as got a great deal on the room price. Service was great and we will definately be back next year. more

We stayed for a weekend get-away in the imperial room. I find the theme rooms a little hokey. The room was nicely decorated and really large. The jacuzzi was more shallow than I expected, but I still thought it was fun. The location was perfect for us since we spent the whole weekend at the mall. The service was quite... more

We stayed two nights in the Polynesian room. The room was of standard size with a comfortable bed and big screen t.v. The gigantic jacuzzi was the best part! The room was very clean and the 10th floor which we stayed on was very quiet. It was great to be staying in the hotel that was right in the mall.... more
