We were in room 604 (Arabian Theme). The room was nice, some scratches on the headboard but overall a well taken care of room. The shower had terrible water pressure - was hard to wash the soap off of ourselves, and the temperature kept changing from freezing to burning. Same with the jacuzzi, the water temperature kept changing regardless of... More

Awesome location to experience all West Edmonton Mall has to offer. After a day of shopping its nice to be able to simply go upstairs to your comfortable bed. Decor is a bit outdated and the price is steep, but again...its all about location. Valet parking is an additional $18.00 per day, but a nice option after a long drive.

The Fantasyland Hotel is unique hotel. The themed family rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Bathroom amenities were of spa quality, and during our two stays, the rooms were immaculately kept and superbly decorated. As a note, not all the "Igloo" rooms have an Igloo around the king sized bed. The staff is very pleasant and professional, and with the... More

top notch service start to end. treated like royalty right from check in to check out. the rooms were amazing and fun for the whole family. Everything about the fantasyland hotel is A+. extra water park passes half price. Great for a romantic getaway or family trip. the restaurants offer great choices especially at breakfast.

My husband and I decided to stay here for our 1st Anniversary on their spring fling deal. We booked a Roman room weeks in advance only to be told when we arrived that they were doing construction on the floor right below us and it would stop shortly but would start again at 8am! Our one night away from our... More

I recently had to spend a week in Edmonton and stayed at the Fantasy land hotel. What a horrible experience to never be repeated. Arrived, room not ready at 3h30 pm, TV not working, safety deposit box needed new batteries. First morning 6am I got woken up to be advised there is a flood in my room. I couldn't go... More

we stayed in the western room, with our 2 kids 5 and 9 , they were in the bunk beds that were made out to be a jail, our bed was a stage coach lol. the service was great, as you are in the mall itself, loads to do and the restaurants and bars are very very family orientated. we... More

First off let me state that the hotel and its people are great. Staff was helpful and hotel seemed clean. Place is need of a major redo and that seemed to be going on while we were there. Stayed on the 11th floor and the 10th floor was under construction...until 8PM!!! That noise kinda takes away from the romantic ambience.... More

Stayed here for a large hockey tournament at West Edmonton Mall. Hotel floors have different themes, and the 12th floor (where we stayed for 9 nights) is "Hollywood". Granted that a renovation project seems to be currently underway on the lower floors, the 12th floor is in dire need of a refresh. Our room was a Luxury Executive with two... More

Stayed here because we were with a group. The hotel was pretty dated, didn't have very good breakfast options and no pool. No patios or balconies - we quickly became very desperate for fresh air. The fitness center was fine. Its basically a Golds Gym in the mall. The beds were pretty comfortable; the cots were not. Was nice to... More
