Old and falling appart. This hotel is falling into pieces. Rooms are dirty. First room (Roman theme) we checked into, the hot tub did not work. The soap bottles were half empty. Huge stain on the carpet. And it was filty. That room was $388.00/night plus tax. We called the front desk to complain just to be told that no-one... More

I was almost a little sad to see how badly Fantasyland Hotel is going down hill. I have stayed at the hotel on multiple occasions and even held a medical conference there. I will say the front desk staff were nice and accommodating but they were about it. You had to search for luggage carts and when you did find... More

We booked a surprise weekend for our 6 yr old son at the Fantasyland Hotel right before school started in September. Going all out we booked the Luxury Truck theme room which met the expectations of our 6 yr old but I was a little disappointed in the lack of 'extra' you might get for the price. The couches were... We had a fun stay at the fantasyland hotel. We stayed in the truck room and it was very nice. Kids loved it. I do think for the price of the room it's time to update them. They are still exactly the same as when we went in 1996. And due to the price we could only spend one night... More

Stayed at the Fantasyland for one night (Friday). We stayed in a standard 2 queen room. The room was fine. It was clean and reasonably modern. It was a bit noisy at times as we shared a wall with the elevators but that was guests being loud and not the hotels fault. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We... More

Stayed at Fantasyland Hotel Aug 29. Room was fine Upon checking out Aug 30 I forgot my sunglasses on the ledge under the mirror in our room. When leaving the mall a few hours later, I realized this. Went back, waited 45 minuted while they told me they were searching only to be told they were not there... Pretty sad... More

My wife and I took our granddaughters to the West Edmonton Mall this week and we stayed at the Fantasyland Hotel for three nights. While the hotel was a bit overpriced for what it offered we would stay there again. The room was very clean and reasonably quiet. We would have liked four coffee mugs instead of two (we'll bring... We last stayed at Fantasyland Hotel in 2010, where I found their rooms grimy. I hesitated before booking this time and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. Their housekeeping must have improved since my last stay. We booked during their free waterpark passes special and it was great to just walk out the door to the hotel... More

I have stayed in this hotel several other times as I love the theme rooms. When we I approached the desk there was no other customers there but four front desk attendants, three of them talking amongst themselves and not acknowledging people waiting. When I was helped my credit card wouldn't process for the 2 nights we had booked (... More
