It was awful, as without knowing what is Adventure Club (assumed it's a new games section) i booked a family stay in the hotel. Next room was booked by a bunch of young boys and girls and having a joint door, we could hear all party sounds all night and became more or less quiet after 6a.m. Hoping they will... More

My husband and I have waited years to stay at this location. Sadly the anticipation was met with deflation. The room and hotel were so dirty!! There were dirty fingerprints in the elevators on the the walls, at one point we saw lipstick kiss marks on the mirrored walls on our floors elevator area, in our room the bathroom doors... More

Every year I watch for the Spring sale at Fantasyland. We usually stay there once or twice a year as we enjoy staying in the mall. I have stayed in nearly all the different theme rooms and I have to say the renovations that have been completed really make the rooms feel new and bright and alive! It was long... More

We had the newly renovated executive suite Polynesian room... Its a huge room. We had 8 girls for a mobile spa party. Girls loved it. 3 girls stayed over night, kingsize bed and me, the mom. I slept in bunk beds which were very, very comfortable. Girls loved the hot tub experience with the beautiful decor. It was truly a... More

We visited Edmonton in early May 2015. This was our first visit to Canada. The Hotel was inside the West Edmonton Mall, so we never had to leave the premises since the mall has numerous attractions, dining, etc. Our room was Polynesian Jungle themed and it had a very large hot tub in the room. All of the staff members... More

This hotel is located in West Edmonton Mall, one of Edmonton's top tourist attractions. It does become a tourist trap and management takes advantage of this by not updating. They know the rooms will be full, so why invest money? There were signs that they were renovating and I did see a painter on my floor a couple of times.... More

The service was good, the rooms large, clean and functional, and most of all it was an absolute godsend to be linked to the mall. We stayed for an extended long weekend, and the staff was very helpful in providing us with what we needed to know about the mall, special deals and dining recommendations. Best of all, we've been... We made a family trip here and had two adjoining truck themed rooms. The check in was fast and efficient. The spotless rooms were amazing with unbelievable attention to detail. The bar fridge and coffee station and free WIFI were nice additions! The bedding and amenities were better than average. Our only complaint was there wasn't really any place to... More

We have stayed at this hotel about 4 times. It is old, tired and service is poor. For the last 3 times they have tried to bill me for a much higher rate than what I booked at. Today it was $350 more than what it was suppose to be for a 3 day stay. The manager quickly resolved the... More
