We have stayed at this hotel a few times and never have had a problem. The Staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are always nice. It is worth the few dollars more to get the river view. For a special evening out, the revolving restraunt on the top floor of the hotel is great. more

This once proud hotel is going through a reno, and it's long overdue. It's clean and the service was good....but if you get an older room, be prepared for an outdated and stale room. Avoid until their done. more

We where so excited to come to Chateau lacombe.. What a disappointment that was.. Our room was not the cleanest ,the bathroom tub had grantite off in places..
