I was on a business trip, and had given my personal credit card information to make the reservation. When I arrived with the company´s card and the credit card authorization form from the card holder, they still charged me to my personal account and charged my business card as well. Almost 20 days have passed and I have not recived... More

Shared a romantic night out with my wife, the stay was decent. The room was modern and clean. We had a room on the Concierge floor, which was nice because we were able to grab two free drinks, either whine or domestic beer, and enjoyed some "ok" snack foods. The room was clean, and updated. The view was beautiful, except... More

First time staying downtown in Edmonton. Last minute booking, was ok place. Room was ok, nothing spectacular but would stay there again. It should be noted though that you have to pay to park there, $15 but still... Do not try and park underneath if you have a lifted truck!!!! Very low ceiling in the parking area. I really liked... My husband and I stayed here for our vow renewal. It was a decent hotel. Disappointed in the staff I didn't find they cared, there was no welcoming, checking in was very cold or that they were knowledgable. Front desk did not advise us about needing to put our room key in the elevator to get to our concierge floor... More

Hotel was booked for a business trip. Pictures on website were nothing like the room I was given. Room was dark and old. Grout in bathroom was probably white many years ago but just looks dirty now. My rags at home were in better shape than the towels. I travel on business quite a bit and really try to keep... More

Everything seems to be dated. Rooms were on the smaller side and everything about the place needed a renovation. Chose this place because it seemed to be centrally located but it doesn't appear that any place is centrally located in this city.

Stayed there for a week on a business trip in March. First of all my key card to unlock my room door did not work. After two trips to the front desk to get reissued a new one, I was sent to my room and told to wait for maintenance at my room door. They never came so I went... More

Got into the city quite late, booked online 5 min before arriving. Didn't wait long before being assigned our room. Noticed there was some loud noise unfortunately due to wind and wire cables outside. Called down to the front desk and were immediately given a new room on the same floor, as well as apologies for the inconvenience. Complementary breakfast... More

We stayed here for the gift show in the fall. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We had to pay extra for parking, which always upsets me at that price for a room. We tried the buffet for breakfast and will never do that again. $30 a person and the bread was molding and the selection was... More

We don't live horribly far from here but decided to stay for our anniversary and red bulls crashed ice. The front desk was absolutely amazing, as was the restaurant. Unfortunately, after I was coming out of the shower, I noticed all of the public hair lined around the bathtub in the bathroom. I didn't notice it previously because I was... More
