It is not starting well, problems at front desk on check in. Hotel under construction. Have to park In back alley, no where to park to check in. Staff don't get the concept of a persons time. Does not seem very clean on first impression. Checkout the dust on woodwork behind front desk. More later.

When I booked the hotel on Hotels.com I forgot to ask weather we could have a cot in our room as there was 5 of us in one room. Hotels.com called and made the arrangements but told us there would be a $20 fee, which is acceptable. When we arrived the guy at the front desk immediately told me our... More

We stayed here and wished we hadn't. Outdated hotel with staff to match. We had a charging issue that three separate reception staff gave us a different story which really soured our stay. Really disappointing. Location is in the centre of Edmonton and that is the only positive we had.

Good size rooms with very small bathrooms. Both bedrooms and bathrooms in desperate need of redecoration and updating. Looking quite ratty now. Rooms were clean. Restaurant on ground floor for breakfast but quite expensive for what was provided. The restaurant staff were surly and not at all helpful or attentive. Car park at hotel but quiet pricey. Would say this... More

We all know how the saying goes. For the price this hotel is really not worth it. It seems like changing the carpet is all this hotel thought they had to do to update the look. The bath tub had multiple chips. The bathroom floors have stains that can't be removed. The windows have black sludge running down them (... More

We were a group of 24 in Edmonton for Dragon Boat festival at Louise McKinney Park, 20 minute walk; excellent buffet breakfast included; comfortable beds; nice views from rooms; luggage storage before and after regular check in times; good downtown location; a number of restaurants within walking distance; good price; VERY accommodating staff.

My children (ages 8,12 and 14) and I stayed here with 3 other families while in Edmonton to the FIFA U20 Women's games. The location of the hotel was great for us, being less than 2 blocks away from the public transit to and from the Commonwealth stadium. Parking was tricky, as it was under ground and didn't accommodate the... More

I was expecting a few issues but everything turned out to be great. We arrived late and tired and I asked if an upgrade was possible was luckily was given a Concierge room so that really helped. Their renovations are only down a few floors so most rooms are not renovated yet. Our room was comfortable, bed was very good... More

We couldn't fault this hotel at all. Really nice staff & the rooms were clean & comfortable. It is in a great location for both downtown & WEM & such a steal for the price, we'd definitely stay here again.
