I've stayed here at least 3-4 times because of the location and the fact it's the cheapest suite I could find in downtown Edmonton. The last stay was marred by the fact that there was no water. Other stays were blighted by tired and stale rooms. Once I was awoken by the liberal use of the ice machine next to... More

We enjoyed a beautifully appointed room in a classic hotel! Went to the gift show in Edmonton and found the value in this hotel to be very good. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was spacious and the bed was divine. There were renos being done to the parkade and we were surprised that a manager was inspecting the work... More

Clientele service is above poor. 3 days prior to my chek in date I called the hotel to make sure everything was fine. They told me everything was going to be ok but I might have to wait a little bit to chek in because I was landing to Edmonton around 11am and the hotel chek in is 4pm. Wich... More

Went for weekend to attend wedding that was being held at the hotel. Nice (older) hotel but they are renovating. We didn't notice the renos much but we were there on the weekend so maybe there was little to no work being done?! Ate at the restaurant upstairs and it was delicious!! We had breakfast as part of our room... More

Booked in here to attend a weeklong convention in Edmonton. Hotel is currently under construction/renovation, but even over the course of the week, saw a number of great improvements to the public areas, and could see that the gross windows are currently undergoing replacement - just hadn't got to my room yet. The room was kind of beat up, which... More

Unless you like to wake up to the deafening noise of jackhammers, avoid this hotel during ongoing rennos! We had a terrible stay: hard to get to hotel and out! Why don't they do the honorouble thing and close during the rennovations. As the clerk said " long term gain for shoer term pain" Except the "pain" is being burdoned... More

It is not starting well, problems at front desk on check in. Hotel under construction. Have to park In back alley, no where to park to check in. Staff don't get the concept of a persons time. Does not seem very clean on first impression. Checkout the dust on woodwork behind front desk. More later.

When I booked the hotel on Hotels.com I forgot to ask weather we could have a cot in our room as there was 5 of us in one room. Hotels.com called and made the arrangements but told us there would be a $20 fee, which is acceptable. When we arrived the guy at the front desk immediately told me our... More

We stayed here and wished we hadn't. Outdated hotel with staff to match. We had a charging issue that three separate reception staff gave us a different story which really soured our stay. Really disappointing. Location is in the centre of Edmonton and that is the only positive we had.

Good size rooms with very small bathrooms. Both bedrooms and bathrooms in desperate need of redecoration and updating. Looking quite ratty now. Rooms were clean. Restaurant on ground floor for breakfast but quite expensive for what was provided. The restaurant staff were surly and not at all helpful or attentive. Car park at hotel but quiet pricey. Would say this... More
