Stayed here in Aug, 2009 as we were visiting West Ed. Mall. Check in was at 3:00, we arrived at 3:40 after a very long, tiring drive, and our room was not ready. Not off to a good start. We waited 20 minutes, then the room was ready. Were unable to get a smoke free room, which I found odd.... more
