Had reservation, very nice web site. Drove into parking lot & knew right away this looked bad! Parking lot dirty, garbage laying around. Two unsavory looking characters were peering into the few cars in the lot. These guys were NOT security. Did not feel comfortable leaving my wife in the car when I checked in...so we left. If the Owner... More

Found reception staff to be very rude on check in- room was what we paid for - X2 double beds for a family of three- however! The general cleanliness was much to be desired! The light switches were covered in grime and the bathroom ( shower/ bath was covered in general dirt/scum) and there were hairs all over the place.... More

We left after noting bugs and walked to the nearby Best Western. We felt dirty having even been here less than an hour. Very terrible end to a wonderful vacation. I can't even explain how grossed out we were and I feel very sorry for anyone who has to stay at this hotel.

We just needed a few hours to sleep in between our flight lay-over. We chose this because of the name thinking very close to the airport. It's far from the airport! We paid $32 for the cab. In my opinion they should shut down this hotel! It's just horrendously beyond bad except for the staff. Calling this a hotel is... More

Your first impression of this hotel will likely be one of concern. It looks dumpy outside, and the lobby and hallways are in serious need of updating - it looks like a dive at this point. This was the cheapest hotel in the area (and one of the few with availability on a Stampede weekend) when I booked. The room... More

If you've ever watched "Hotel Impossible," you'll know what I am referencing. At first I was going to say that TripAdvisor exists for places like this, but then I realized, the corporation that owns it is indeed trying to take it up a notch. And take it up a notch, they did. A recent search shows a room going for... More

I have never left a hotel that I had made a non refundable reservation for until tonight. I walked into the lobby to be rudely shouted at from the couches if I had a reservation. The front desk attendant then rang my credit card through for $60 more than the amount I had booked it for. When I got to... More
