I have read the one review about park and fly and they vehicle back passenger window was busted completely out. I have a concern before I book this hotel and leave my vehicle for 7 days so I just called and asked. Was it true about this review..He said, it was all true and the hotel will not take responsibility... More

I would like to set the record straight. There was one night in April where we had a few vehicles broken into during a snowstorm - we were not the only hotel in the area to be affected. We have staff who check the parking lot several times during the overnight shift but obviously these criminals are knowledgable enough to... More

Solid hotel, what you would expect from a decent hotel. The decor etc might be a little old, and the internet a little slow sometimes, but otherwise the staff and rooms etc were fine. The only key point to make is the location. It's great for the airport, but a little awkward for downtown: it requires a ~$13 taxi or... More

I was really disappointed by the older rooms and it smelled like dirty socks. First thing I did was check for bed bugs....didn't find any, thank god. We were stoping over on business and do love the location. Next time though, I will stay at the brand new Marriott across the street. The best part of the Sandman, is that... More

Thank you for the feedback. Upgrades to our guestrooms are scheduled for this year. We pride ourselves on our Housekeeping standards and have won the Alberta Hotel & Lodging Association Housekeeping Award for the past 3 years. Had you asked for a room move because of a strange odor we would certainly have been happy to accommodate. More

What started out to be a Fun Vacation ended on April 12th, 2012. We left our vehicle and Park and Fly for 10 days at Calgary Sandman on 25 Hopewell Way N.E., the last thing I asked at the Front Desk, the morning of April 2nd, will my vehicle be safe here while I'm gone to Mexico?? They said yes,... More

We have stayed at this hotel in the past when leaving on a flight and left our vehicle in their park and fly lot; which by the way is a mud hole if it has been raining. The hotel is okay. The front staff have always been courtious and friendly and the rooms are pretty good. The Moxies restaurant is... More

I have spoken personally with the guests from Saskatchewan and have resolved this unfortunate situation. Please rest assured that the Guest Service Manager did help these guests as much as he could at the time and they will be returning to stay with the Sandman Hotel Group. More

I was only here for one night, in between flights. But the staff from the shuttle driver to the front desk agent, were very professional and friendly. I had a great nights sleep, on a very comfy bed. I have to say the in room coffee, was the delicious! and anyone who travels alot knows that is not usually the... More

This was my second stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. The shuttle service to the airport is great. The hotel staff was friendly. Moxies Grill that is attached to the hotel has good food.

My husband and I and my in-laws stayed at the Sandman Hotel in February, 2012 overnight before leaving for Cuba. The rooms are clean and spacious. A very good rate, and surprise!! When we inquired at the front desk about leaving our vehicle there rather than the airport, we were told we could do so for an additional $10.00, not... More

Stayed at this hotel as I was in town visiting family. Easy enough access from the QE2 highway, very close to the airport. I found it quiet. - Room was clean. - Comfortable bed. - Staff members are nice. Front desk staff seem a bit inexperienced but we all start off somewhere. - Free internet worked well. - I like...
