Great place to explore Calgary. We've stayed here multiple times know before and after trips in the Canadian Rockies. The house is In a nice residential area but just a few minutes walking to downtown or from a stroll along the nice river paths. The rooms offer all you need for the night but what counts most is Valinda's and... More

Great Location, friendly hosts, terrific area restaurants, what more could one want? Oh, very reasonable price, parking spot and nice breakfast too. Connection to the river walk at the end of the block for a beautiful walk to reach downtown.

If your idea of a B&B is cute, charming and unique - this isn't it. I don't quite agree with some of the other reviews. There is no room to gather in except where breakfast is served. The two rooms I saw were OK - a platform queen bed, dresser, no closet and small bathroom with shower. I agree with... More

We are staying here currently. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the location is fabulous, and the hosts are lovely! Each morning you get a choice of breakfast which is great for picky eaters like my almost two year old son. I highly recommend staying here.

We have just returned from Canada and stayed in this B&B for the fourth time. It is stunning. The location is super, close enough to walk by the river to the city but far enough to feel out of the city. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Valinda & Helmut are so kind, welcoming and helpful. They certainly go... More

I have stayed at this bed and breakfast several times over the span of about three and half years. The owners go out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable! I would stay here over a fancy hotel any day: it's clean, welcoming, cozy and the cherry on top is the amazing location. I hope work brings... More

A beautiful place along the river. Quiet but close to the city. Walking distance to restaurants. A small refrigerator for use as well as glasses, wine key, razor, and other essentials were available. Breakfast was quite tasty and our hosts here helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

After spending a few nights in a sterile hotel for a conference I was attending, it felt like heaven to arrive at this wonderful b and b. Valinda and Helmut could not have been more welcoming. They were also incredibly helpful and went to considerable lengths to ensure I knew all the places to visit, where to eat or just... More
