Very clean hotel. Excellent water slide for the kids. You can hear the upstairs toilets flush and water running, but it didn't bother us at all. Never heard it until we were awake in the morning. if you are going to spruce meadows this a great value hotel very close to the grounds. they have a pool and the kids loved it. front desk staff were very helpful and courteous. morning "breakfast" was pretty darn good considering the accomodations. more
