As with other Fairmont properties, the hotel itself is grand and beautiful. The restaurants are good, the food also good though pricey, but that is to be expected. Location excellent if you want to stay downtown. As for customer service, this is the worst service I've received at a Fairmont. Our first night, my wife and I were woken at... More

Recently stayed at this Hotel for the night, with terrible results. First of al I had been staying at Fairmont Hotels recently throughout the North West with great results, the one in Calgary was a disaster. My main belief and objective is to have a good nights sleep...not too much to ask? My wife and I were given a room... More

We stayed there over the weekend and found it was perfectly located to walking around downtown. The front desk staff was very helpful and made our short trip a nice one. The room was very nice and quiet.

The parking lot is difficult to find and fee is expensive, and the passageway smell not good like mushroom, the room is small and little noise in night, However, the location is perfect, every wonderful place near the hotel

We stayed at the Fairmont Palliser for an anniversary getaway and were blown away! We've stayed here before but this time was over the top. We had a penthouse suite which was huge and beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised when we came back to our room to find a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and a card wishing... More

A fantastic experience on our wedding night. We were upgraded to a nice suite and, upon entering, were treated by a bottle of prosecco on ice, chocolate covered strawberries and soft music playing. We ordered room service which was delivered promptly and was delicious. Kudos to the Fairmont Palliser for going the extra mile on our special day- it was... More

My wife wanted to stay here while I was at a convention. Very small gym. Trains kept us up all night as the tracks are directly behind the hotel. Small rooms. Nice decor. 6 days here would have preferred the hyatt. Happy wife happy life.

Dear Michael, We appreciate your wife's wishes to stay with us, and we're very happy you did! We hope that next time we're able to provide you with a guest room non-trackside and something more spacious - we're a historic property, where each room is truly unique - we even just renovated floors 9,10 and 11! The trains, while they're... More

Spent 2 nights @ Fairmont Palliser, separated by a week. Old, historic hotel which has been well maintained. Well worth it to walk 2 blocks to Stephen Ave---a 5 block pedestrian avenue with restaurants and shops.
