We started our 20-day Canada trip in this B&B. After a long flight we arrived and found noone home. We tried to retrieve our key from the boxes with the code they explained in the email, but no luck. We dialled the phonenumber listed outside but no answer. We gave the doorbell another try and luckily someone who rented another... More

Lovely house in a residential area, close to c-train and Kensington. Liked: The ensuite room which was a good size, very clean, quiet and homely. The bed was immensely comfortable. Kathryn was friendly, a mine of knowledge and prepared a fresh, delicious and filling breakfast each morning. Disliked: Not being able to access our room upon arrival (Kathryn had misread... More

We only stayed at A Good Knight for one night as part of our honeymoon and as long as you're not allergic to teddy bears (they're everywhere!), would recommend it as an ideal place to stay in Calgary. The location was excellent, in a very quiet residential side street but only 10 minutes walk from Kensington and a pleasant 25... More

Stayed for one night having flown in from the U.K. This was as long as we would have wanted to stay in Calgary. The B&B is in a quiet residential street approx 10 min walk to Kensington (not very impressed) or 30 min Downtown (we did not go this far so cannot comment). The rooms are clean and comfortable and... More

Booked via the internet but we were disappointed on arrival. The host was not there to greet us and had just left a note to the effect that 'breakfast 8am sharp, remove shoes on entry' which did not give us a good first impression. Breakfast was good but not as we were expecting..a little short and no choice. Probably would... More

This is a pleasantly decorated, comfortable house in a good location. If you desire an ensuite bathroom, be sure you specify. I mistook "private" to mean it was in the room. Not a big deal, but there were people staying right next door so it was awkward showering, etc. off the hallway. Katherine was very pleasant and served a lovely... More
