Stayed for a weekend, great location but the room was lacking. The AC didn't work, the room was a little dated and no water bottles available. The staff didn't seem all that familiar with the area but with such a convenient location we were able to sort things out on our own. Did take advantage of the valet parking as... More

We stayed here for two nights a week prior to our son's wedding in Calgary (& prior to a tour of Banff and Jasper National Parks. The hotel was clean, comfortable and well-located. However, parking was not available on our arrival and we had to get valet parking at $39 per day. Regular parking would have been $29.00 per day.... More

We stayed two nights in August at the Hyatt in Calgary. The hotel itself was great, very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help. The rooms were very nice and beds super comfortable. I have one word of caution for those that look at this hotel to stay and that is PARKING.... More

This Hyatt hotel is impressive in location, service and class, Highly recommend anyone looking for a hotel in Calgary, to make sure they check this hotel out! The Staff who checked us in was very helpful, and so were the guys/gals at concierge. We were upgraded to a suite, because of our gold status. Room is elegant and quiet. Location... More

This is in a great location and walking distance to the core of downtown and the transit system. Great amenities in the building: including Starbucks, Catch Oyster Bar and Thomsons restaurant and bar. Rooms are a decent size, very clean and well appointed. Their rates are better than some nearby other big names.

Stayed with my family (2 kids) for 3 nights. Elegant hotel with clean facilities and very helpful and accommodating staff. Hotel offers complimentary bike rentals for those who want to explore the city. Only two bikes though. The hotel pool was small but the water was not too cold for the kids. We liked that the hotel was centered downtown... More

While on a road trip of the National Parks, we decided to throw in a luxury level hotel to break up the priceline type, low price accommodations. What a gorgeous hotel. Everything was immaculate, staff was professional and accommodating. The location was perfect, within walking distance of an entire row of outside seating restaurants, the walking path along the water,... More

My family of three (one 14 year old) stayed one night last week. We were upgraded to a conference suite without asking. The front desk was very courteous and helpful, allowed us to leave our rental in the garage after check out time while we met and had lunch with friends near by the hotel.

I visited Calgary for three nights for a convention being held at the Telus Convention Centre and in the various meeting rooms at this hotel. I had a long early morning flight and when I arrived, was pleased to discover that the Convention Centre was attached, which was very handy for the extremely rainy day we had. My second pleasant... We stopped for one night on our way back to Vancouver. We found the reception team welcoming and full of suggestions on what we could do and see in Calgary. The room was great and the bathroom spacious. I did need to ask someone to pick up the 2 room service trays which were left In the corridor of our... More
