We booked the Calaway package and it was well worth it as Calaway park tickets are about $100 for a family of 4. We also paid $10 more for a suite that had a separate living room which was awesome for when it was bedtime for the kids. They could go to sleep in the bedroom section and we could... More

First of all, our first room stunk like dirty feet. Graciously they moved us and upgraded us for free, sadly the upgraded suite also stunk, just not as bad. The pool water was nasty, yellow in fact. Too few towels in the room, Ikea style boxes for clothing storage, sheets used as a mattress cover, and nasty bathroom floors added... More

For the price I paid I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel overall, as well as with my room. I had a second floor double queen suite, with a balcony facing the Olympic Park. I was quite impressed to discover my room also had a separate "living room" with a second TV, a couch (which I assume pulled out, but... More

We went to Calgary with some friends from California and decided to check in instead of making the trek home to Edmonton. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful and was able to get a room close to our friends. We checked in late so we didn't get a chance to check things out but there... More

We stayed one night before for an appointment. It was a great place to stay and the staff was great. The rooms were big and clean. My poor son and husband ended up getting sick and the staff was great and prompt getting extra blankets and towels. I would recommend this hotel. It is a beautiful location across from Olympic... I stayed here last weekend for 3 nights with my family, we were here for a cousins wedding. The location was great, about 20 mins from downtown ,Wal-mart, malls. If you don't want to drive, walking distance across the street there is a liquor store, Mcdonalds, gas station, Dennys, Wendy's. Rooms are average size, we were in a room with... More

Stayed for one night at the end of our Rockies vacation so we could visit the Canada Olympic Park which is right across from the hotel. I contacted the hotel prior to our visit and was able to get a later check out as we had a late flight which was brilliant and enabled us to freshen up before our... More

The beds were excellent. Firm while soft. The little balconies that you get add a great comfort factor. I loved sitting outside and watching the sun set behind the view of the 88 Olympic ski jump facility. The pool was very clean. Overall this hotel was very comfortable for a fair price.

We booked the Sheraton last August for its location close to family and attractions we would be visiting. The thing I love about Sheraton is when you book and you get your confirmation you can automatically upgrade to a better room for a small fee. We've always done this in the past however with this hotel we didn't think we... More

We stayed there for 2 nights because it was close for our friends' 25th wedding anniversary and it was very pleasant. It is close to the Olympic Park and fairly close to downtown as well. It is exactly off the TransCanada Highway, which you can take to Banff National Park. The hotel seemed recently renovated, the rooms were clean and... More
