We had a car trouble in Calgary and had to make a last minute reservation. The staff were so great! They helped out with finding a rental and they were awesome with our kids. Good location, friendly staff, nice place to stay. Rooms were pleasantly nice. The only complaint would have been the loud sound of the shower in the next room early in the morning. My son really enjoyed the pool area(we did too) and we were really close to Chinook Mall. more

We found the rooms to be clean and decent but not fancy. There is some renovations underway in the main hallway at the moment. Kids enjoyed the pool, we all enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.
