I booked this hotel with expedia.ca. When I arrived the desk clerk took me to the basement floor and told me that I would be given an "expedia" room. The room was filthy! There was dust and dirt everywhere. I went back and told the desk clerk and he replied "you booked with expedia, that is the room you get".... more

After reading the reviews I was a little nervous but discovered once I was there that it was a nice hotel with EXCELLENT staff that made going back to the hotel each night feel like going home. The bedding requires a mention - the comforter was your typical hotel style nothing special but the actual sheets were high quality (can't... more

We were very disappointed in this hotel. We had booked with two other families to stay one night prior to heading to Calaway Park in the morning. As we got out of the elevator to go to our room, we were greeted by dirty, stained mattresses and various pieces of furniture which littered the hallway. We were told that they... more

My family and I recently stayed at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and about 5 miles from the airport. We had a suite so our son could have his own space in the living room area, where he slept on the pull-out couch. The indoor pool is nice, and there are some nearby restaurants. The employees were very helpful,... more

We stayed at the Comfort Inn after learning that every other hotel besides the Executive House and Sandman Inn (in retrospect we would have stayed at either of those properties) was either booked or 300 plus dollars a night due to some convention. Kris at the front desk was actually very helpful and did give us a better than rack... more

The hotel is much less than promoted. I encountered problems with my stay and received no help from the front desk whatsoever. I further contacted the manager and also received no satisfactory help. Their solution was to offer me a discount of 20% on another stay. It is not worth it. If you are looking for a clean, quiet room... more

Do not stay at this hotel. The rooms were small and uncomfortable. The staff are unfriendly and unwelcoming. We used stay & fly option by leaving our vehicle there while we were away. Our vehicle was broken into which incidently was left in their parking lot right in the front of their hotel (for days). When the staff were asked... more
