my wife and I found Westways very comfortable and clean. The breakfasts were very good. Graham and Jonathan were very friendly and accommodating. We extended our stay 1 extra night and got the larger room on the third floor. It was very nice with a spa and a fireplace. I can't emphasize enough how clean it was!

We stayed here one night and then did a week long drive to Jasper and points in between and then stayed one night again before flying home. This bed and breakfast is very average. It was easy to get to and from the airport. It has a small dining room where all the guests sit at one table. The dining... More

This is a quaint Edwardian home located a short walk from downtown Calgary. The rooms are small but well appointed in the style of the period so every wall is covered with pictures and nicknacks.... All rooms have en suite bathrooms... some a little oddly configured but when you have an old house and are converting it into a B... More

A very good B&B, centrally located near downtown Calgary, shopping and restaurants. I received excellent service and a fulfilling breakfast with very nice owners. The house is old and full of character but you would have a hard time finding a complaint about your stay.

It was our first time in a B&B and it couldn't be better then this. The big plus of a B&B is the personal care. No need to worry about bad personel or cold breakfast, its specially made for you. This B&B is in a 1900 style with everything on it. It's very clean, rooms are cozy. The breakfast is... More

I stayed at Westways in late May 2013, and was so comfortable stayed an extra night. I would have extended further but they were full. Rooms are not big by North American standards, but they are very comfortable, have everything I could possibly need, and a few more things beside. Fabrics and decoration are well thought out and pleasing. Graham... More

I have been using this superb place for a few years now, on my regular business trips from Europe to Calgary. Fantastic location, beautiful heritage house, comfortable rooms, friendly hosts and good breakfast. Does not get any better than this, especially in a city where hotel prices are going through the roof, and hotels usually lack a lot of personality.

We booked in to spend a day in Calgary before boarding the Rocky Mountaineer. The room was very unusual with a jacuzzi bath in the actual room, as well as a normal en-suite - unfortunately we just didn't have the time to use the bath. Very comfortable with a little kitchenette outside the room. The hosts were polite and cordial... More

This May Long, I started remembering last May Long... incredible. I drove here from Saskatoon to meet up with some friends from Toronto and other parts of Alberta. My friend from Toronto and I booked a room to ourselves and I was not, in any way, shape or form, disappointed. I didn't meet the owners, as they were on vacation,... More

This is the second year in a row that my wife and I have stayed at this great B & B. The very close proximity to the Stampede grounds is a huge plus. Last year we stayed in the Rouleauville Room but decided to upgrade this year and stayed in the Mission Room. Staying here last year was great and... More
