We were very excited to read ONLINE ON THEIR WEBSITE that they had 2 hot tubs and steam baths...we came down for Zumba training and thought it would fee wonderful after a long day of dance... Upon check in a notice a tiiiiny little note on the desk saying they had removed the hot tubs...what a joke...take it off of... More

Unfriendly reception, cheap hotel, not worth it. Don't see how other reviewers give 5 stars? First I asked to change my room from queen size bed to King since I booked through Priceline. I did call in advance and requested the change but they did not do it. So while cheking-in a receptionist by the name of "Angela" was very... More

This hotel is great if you are looking for a one night stay or several nights. I stayed here while travelling on business for a conference. The staff are friendly, open, knowledgeable, and professional. While checking in the front desk asked if I was in town for business or a personal trip and provided great tips about what was close... I stayed for one week to Sept 14 on a business trip. The room was excellent and was kept very clean. All staff, including the front desk and especially the servers, were friendly, efficient and helpful. Unlike another review, I found parking not to be a problem as I could park quite near the front entrance whenever I wished. The... More

To stop overnight in Calgary, chose this hotel as it is close to the airport. The room is big, clean and the bed is comfortable, the check-in and check-out were pretty fast and efficient. No complaints about this hotel at all and will certainly go back.

We stayed here after doing some research online for a good deal. Since I knew Calgary pretty well, I chose this hotel partly for the location. It was relatively close to shopping centers by car. Pros: -Nice large room, comfy beds, desk, sofa, flatscreen TV -Clean -Clean hallways, common areas -Friendly service staff Cons: -Our room faced the back and... More

We stayed in this hotel couple of weeks ago. For those who are traveling by car I strongly do not recommend it. The parking situation is very poorly organized. Our decision to book this hotel was based op many factors, upon them available parking, since we were on the road trip. We didn't even mind paying for it, we just... More

Stayed for 1 night, August 29-30. Reserved one room with Priceline at the nightly rate of $83 USD. We only needed to overnight in Calgary as we had a late-arriving flight, so we were glad to book an airport hotel. Upon landing, we tried to contact the hotel shuttle using the airport's reservation line. However, three of the phones did... More
