There are a few issues with this hotel. One of the most serious is that someone attempted to break into our room ( and another one down the hall) with a screwdriver while we were out to dinner. We tend to stay here when we go up for business, pleasure or travel purposes and time and time again we have a great stay. Very professional staff and comfy beds. Close to all amenities especially the airport and the shuttle is a nice touch. Food is good at the buffets and the lounge is great for a cozy drink. More

Although we stayed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day the service was excellent, although being Christmas Day, the housekeeping staff was unavailable. Although getting the in room coffee re-stocked and more towels required just a telephone call.There were complimentary sncaks and Hot Apple cider. The bed was the best I have ever experienced. More
