. It is directly located next to a Safeway grocery store, A conveniece store and a restaurant. It's nice to be downtown!

. Room was not clean ( finger prints, stains on walls, hair everywhere, mattress felt worn out
. It is not wheelchair accessible and no elevator ( the building is a converted apartment building )
