On our 8 day trip to the Rockies this was by far our very favorite place to stay. We all wanted to stay longer and would return again and again if it were not so far. We will definitely try to come back. Our kids say they will bring their kids (they are now 9 and 15). We stayed in... more

What a location! (right in Banff National Park, beside a creek 14kms+ from anywhere!) Real log cabins centrally heated with beds as comfortable as home, sml modern kitchen for no fuss meals - and a bistro for 5 star meals in a cosy intimate restaurant with sincerely friendly staff. What more do you want?? In fact the best part was... more

We stayed 4 nights in the best cabin available - the Trappers Cabin. The room was nicely furnished, with a king bed, jacuzzi in the room, and a fireplace. Though the bathroom was quite small with a tight shower stall. First the good points : the fireplace was great, as was the jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable. It's nice to... more

Baker Creek was my favorite hotel/lodge during our 10-day road trip through western Canada. The log cabin lodge was beautiful with high ceilings, fireplace, loft, and 2-person jacuzzi; rushing creek right through the property; not to mention the wild elk that greeted us each day. Great base location for day trips of the surrounding area (recommend Yoho, Banff national parks... more

I was fortunate to attend one day meeting held at Baker Creek Chalets and will be returning as soon as possible. Unit 23, was a very large and spacious room heated by a gas insert fireplace. The two person jetted tub would have been perfect had i not been alone. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed a good night's... more

Great place to stay. Nice comfortable cozy chalets with a fireplace & small kitchen. Good place to stop off between Banff & Jasper. Quite a drive from any shops so stock up before leaving Banff unless you intend eating at the restaurant. Very expensive to buy from the local shops at Lake Louise. more

My Fiancé and I were completely taken back by the whole experience, the wonderful owners and staff of Bakers Creek could not have been more accommodating during our stay. We will be making this a tradition every January after the Christmas hustle and bustle to come and stay where we became engaged and meet with the wonderful owners and staff... more

Stayed two nights, and wish we had booked for longer. Our stay at Baker Creek Chalets was a real treat. We had our own 1 bedroom lodge suite which was huge and the best place we stayed all holiday. The real plus point was the location. Surrounded by trees, mountains and the creek, we felt we were really experiencing the... more

Stay 1 night at 'The Creek' and you will not want to leave! I can without doubt promise you that this secluded area with cabins of the very highest standard will leave you teary eyed when it comes to leaving. We met on arrival the owners who gave us keys to several cabins and we chose which one we wanted... more
