We spend our first two nights in the Rockies at this hostel and loved every minute of it. The area is spectacular and the hostel is extremely well equipped. We had a private double which was small and clean and shared a toilet with only one other room - and had ample shower facilities just across the hall. Overall a... More

My husband and I stayed here in a private double room for just one night (luckily). Hostel was clean friendly and well equipped but our bed (double on the bottom of a bunk as you often get) was very uncomfortable. It felt like it was on a tilt and you spent the whole night trying not to roll out. We... More

Stayed here for a couple of nights on two separate occasions during our time dptravelling up and down the Icefields Parkway and it was always a good experience throughout. We have a small baby so things are always a bit more challenging staying at hostels but here the atmosphere was friendly and helpful, both guest and staff and the bathrooms... More

We stayed at HI-Lake Louise Alpine Centre Hostel for 3 nights and we enjoyed the place. It's clean and very nice with all . Lots of space everywhere, a fully equipped kitchen and all necessary services. I give my best recommendation.

Nice and cosy hostel a few mins walk from the town. Very clean rooms and bathrooms, comfy beds NAND lovely common area upstairs. Restaurant on site. Poor wifi is my only negative comment - the 4 computers available were all 'out of order' too. No bfast included

This is the perfect hostel! it is really friendly, nice and comfortable. We stayed here with our 20 months old daughter and we booked a private room (= 1 queen bed and 1 single bed). There is no en suite washroom but it is shared only by 2 private rooms. Room is not very big but there is a wonderful... More

I stayed for three nights with my wife and 18 month old daughter in a private room (1 double bed, 1 single and 1 bunk bed - shared bathroom). The hostel was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. I loved the kitchen in the hostel as it was well equipped and there was enough storage room in refrigerator... More

Lake Louise hotels can book up early. We got the last two beds for the entire Village at about 2PM Friday on a long weekend. Clean, relaxed, safe and friendly. Spaces to hang out. Typical Hostel rooms. Kitchen facilities are available to cook your own meals.

We spent two nights here total, one at the beginning of our trip and one at the end, Having worked in Lake Louise in the past, I know full well how expensive the area is. All tourist destinations are, it's to be expected. With the addition of the Hostel to Lake Louise, it gives people of all income levels a... More

It costs double the HI Hostels in Central London, which still makes it the cheapest place to stay in overpriced Lake Louise. It's in Lake Louise Village, the tourist villlage 4 km from the lake itself. My single room was very basic, but adequate - bed and bed linen OK, shared bathroom OK. Towels are provided, toiletries are not. Secure.Check-in... More
