The staff are super friendly and helpful! They are all young and from a variety of different parts of the world! The kitchen is huge and has everything you would need to cook. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm room that had really comfy beds and huge lockers underneath them to keep luggage. There was lockers downstairs to keep... More

This is nothing like any other hostel we've stayed in before. Rooms are private, spacious and very clean. Rooms, showers and kitchen in the newer building are much nicer than in the older, main building. Plenty of space for kids to run free, loads of parking and great chillout areas to hang out in the summer sun, or play pool... More

This place was just wow. I couldn't believe it was a hostel. It has a layout of a hotel. Each room has bunks that are wooden and are built into the walls - no creaking! The mattresses are even foam, so comfy! Each bed has its own lamp too. Each dorm has its own toilet and sink, with 10 dorms... More

We arrived a large group at the end of october. The atmosphere is amazing and you instantly feel as if you're on a skiing vacation. The common areas are really cozy and quite extensive with kitchen, TV/games room, sauna and open fireplace lounge. We had some trouble with one of our rooms as some people hadn't checked out of it... Probably the best hostel I have stayed in in terms of cleanliness and aesthetics. The shared room had 4 beds (bunk style) plus a double bed in a loft, the room had space and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen is big enough for a few groups to cook at once and the restaurant had pretty good french toast for... More

I stayed here for 5 nights in September 2015, 1 night in a dorm room, 4 nights in a private room. The "dorm" room only has 4 beds so you can actually get some sleep, you can open the window to get fresh air or turn on the heating. The private room is small but is okay. I slept well... More

This hostel looks beautiful! Truly fitting with the setting and is really affordable. We stayed for 2 nights and the second night we had the 5 bed room to ourselves (2 in our party)! Which was a nice bonus! They have spacious lockers in the room to use your own padlocks on. The bunk beds were very sturdy wooden and... More

We stayed at hostel the first time and generally we like it. The great possibility to socialize with other tourists from all over the world. Also you can cook whatever you want and the same time you have private room. the only negative side of Hi Lake Louise Alpine Centre is unreasonably high price. As a matter in fact it... More

Peak season and I was hesitant about the noise but it was fine! Yeah you hear people above but it wasn't bad. The room was 4 bunks with a toilet sink. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. Staff friendly. The restaurant was amazing!! Had the Elk burger and Grasshopper beer and very reasonable price!! The Camp Breakfast was big and... More

We loved the communal spaces: kitchen, lounges and wonderful playroom for children. We had one rainy day which we had no trouble filling at the hostel. Employees were wonderful and the hostel was clean. We enjoyed the games, the bonfire and the opportunity to meet people in the communal spaces. This was our first experience in a hostel and I...
