Peak season and I was hesitant about the noise but it was fine! Yeah you hear people above but it wasn't bad. The room was 4 bunks with a toilet sink. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. Staff friendly. The restaurant was amazing!! Had the Elk burger and Grasshopper beer and very reasonable price!! The Camp Breakfast was big and... More

We loved the communal spaces: kitchen, lounges and wonderful playroom for children. We had one rainy day which we had no trouble filling at the hostel. Employees were wonderful and the hostel was clean. We enjoyed the games, the bonfire and the opportunity to meet people in the communal spaces. This was our first experience in a hostel and I... We were staying in lots of hostels on our tour of Canada and this was definitely one of the best. Our room was comfortable and clean and had the benefit of an en suite toilet. The ate in the restaurant and the food was of a very high standard as well as being good value for money. The staff were... More

Given difficulty of finding accommodation in LL in summer this place is a treasure. Walking distance to village, great lication and setting. Definitely recommend. Pool table, outside tables. Friendly staff. Good value in context of Banff National Park prices

This hostel is pretty good. The location is good and there's plenty of parking. The dorms are 4 person but some have an attic which is a long steep ladder you have to climb to get to the top two beds. There aren't that many wall outlets and my night light could not be used because of that. Kitchen is... More

We stayed two nights in this hostel. It was very expensive for a hostel. The reason I only gave 2 points is that the showers were not clean enough and haven't been cleaned while we were there. There is a good restaurant in the hostel though.

I stayed for two nights in June with my two cousins. Absolutely no issues or concerns throughout our stay. We even had a toilet in our 4 bed dormitory room. The showers were next door and super clean and efficient with the hot showers. We also had most of our meals at the in-house cafe/restaurant. We got there at 12... More

Although being a bit expensive for hostel accommodation, It does happen to be the cheapest in Lake Louise and is one of the best hostels I have ever been too. Kept very clean! The people at the front desk are always smiley and helpful! The hostel kitchen is nice and big, the restaurant was nice, small rooms with bathrooms. The... More

Had fire pits to use at night! That was so great for us and a lot of places to sit and hang out. We had a family room with two bunk beds on the one level and a loft with a larger bed which was really cool. Everything was clean and we went to the restaurant which had great food... More

As soon as you step inside the lobby and you walk up to the front desk, you realize that this hostel is a well-oiled machine. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. And if you need more information, the tourist office is just five minutes away. It's just a couple of minutes' walk from Samson Mall, with the only grocery store... More

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback! I'm very glad we met most of your expectations. As for activities, we do have an organized activity each night. Bonfire night seems to be one of the most popular ones that our guests enjoy. If you have any ideas or suggestions for possible activities for our property,... More
