I was initially bummed that I couldn't book a room at the Fairmont until I saw all the tourist buses there. Thank God I chose the Post instead. If you want a really relaxed, totally personal lodging experience, there is nothing else close to the Post. The nicest staff of any hotel I’ve ever been in, and I’ve travelled most... More

So we end up at the Post Hotel, in beautiful Lake Louise Alberta. (32 motorcycles remember?) There was designated parking for all our bikes, with security.... Scenery is breathtaking, as you're starting into the foothills of the rockies. Hotel was quiet, and close to some amenities. Each floor has a coffee station that you can snag fresh coffee anytime during... More

Set on the Bow River with spectacular mountain views and a short walk to the village, this hotel is wonderful. Service is high-touch and friendly, rooms are very clean and comfortable (with wood-burning fireplace), public areas tasteful (and Swiss), and the gym and indoor pool are excellent (we didn't get to the spa). The food is an absolute highlight, with... More

We stayed here 2 nights. We booked the gourmet package, and the six-course tasting menu was good and so were the wines. The room was fine. All in all service was ok, except for one member of the staff, who mentioned the dress code, when we booked a table for the second evening. This was really out the the place... More

We stayed at the Post Hotel & Spa in Lake Louise for two nights in August 2014. The hotel itself is quite rustic and situated on a beautiful creek just outside of town. The staff are more then accommodating and turn down service is a great luxury after hiking all day. This quiet town is so laid back and would... More

Today we checked out of the Post Hotel after two nights stay as part of our trip travelling along the Rockies. The service we had on the reception desk today by the manager was appalling. Our room was facing onto the car park and a train track that freight travelled through frequently day and night which lasted for 3 minutes... More

This hotel was one of the more expensive ones on our recent trip to Canada but worth it. We had a ground floor room on the creek side of the hotel. We slept with our windows open and could hear the creek as we drifted off to sleep. The facilities are first class and both restaurants were outstanding. After a... More

Hotel was clean, wonderfully staffed and with various room configurations. WE stayed on the preferred side in a duplex and it was wonderful for us to spread out. Pool and hot tub indoors was a bonus as we had some cool days and it was relaxing yet fun for the kids. On site restaurant was incredibly delicious. Only cons are... More

Me and my girls are from Cali and we don't get to see nature often especially in LA. Excellent service, nice rooms, and also beautiful area. We went to the hot springs and really enjoyed the scenery!!! Next stop is Calgary!

This hotel was very nice. However, we had a room on the first floor. The place has no air conditioning or ceiling fans, and full length windows. The evening was hot. We couldn't open the curtains because people in the parking lot could see into our room. If you are staying, I suggest the second floor.
