Had read quite a lot of bad reviews about this hotel and was a bit nervous about staying here. We had originally booked an economy room but decided to upgrade to an executive King. The room we had was fantastic, really comfortable. The hotel facilities itself we could not fault. There are two very good restaurants, a nice bar and... more

I stayed for 3 nights in a studio suite. This was very spacious and well laid out, with equipped kitchen, seperate bathroom, and large lounge/sleeping area. There was a lovely log burning fireplace, however, the room was more than warm enough so never got to experience the fire! French doors gave a good view of the mountains and a balcony... more

I booked this hotel because they were having a special for their suites. The receptionist that was helping me out told me that the rooms in the 5th building were the newest and would be of interest to me. When we got to the hotel and went to our room we loved it! A one bedroom suite with a kitchen... more

There aren't a lot of places to stay in Lake Louise. This hotel has a lot of rooms and caters to the coach trade. We'd requested the handicap room as my mom walks with a cane and tires easily. The room was very close the building that has the restaurants. The room had a fridge, too. The beds were a... more

We live in Germany and were in Lake Louise in August. 2008. We stayed outside of the town but came in every day and enjoyed all the amenities of the Lake Louise Inn and the surroundings. We had meals in the Bistro, the Dining room and the bar. The food was good. The inn was very cozy and the people... more

Lake Louise Inn is conveniently located about 1/4 mile from the only small strip mall (Samson Mall) in Lake Louise. This is convenient because the mall contains two good breakfast options and is where many tour outfits pick up and drop off passengers. We found the hotel room itself to be sufficiently clean and roomy. We booked a room on... more

Stayed for 3 nights abd received an upgrade to a junior suite (would have cost an extra £200 if we'd booked this type of room). I think we got this as there are alot of one night stays (coach parties) which they obviously don't want to upgrade. The suite had a well stocked kitchette - jacuzzi bathroom - lounge -... more

Reserved their simplest twin room (prices in LL are high!) in an outbuilding. Had fold down bed (not particularly comfortable) and decor needed refreshing. Not particularly well soundproofed units, made worse by wooden walkways outside being pounded by other guests. Ok for a stopover, but nothing more. more

We stayed for one night coming from Jasper and heading west. We were 2 adults and three kids (13,10,3) and booked a huge suite in one of the big blocks which had a master bedroom + bathroom upstairs, large lounge and kitchen, and another bedroom with bunk bed and single (which the kids loved) and another bedroom. Some road noise... more

We were on our honeymoon earlier this month. We booked one of the more economical rooms. The room was in a side building, seemed a bit dingy and had an odor of cigarette smoke (its a non-smoking facility). When we spoke up and told them of our recent marriage we were given a wonderful room with a king size bed... more
