We stayed at Buffaloberry after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor. You will not be disappointed as all the reviews are correct. The B & B is incredibly clean and well ran. Theresa and James are lovely and very welcoming. The breakfasts - amazing!! We travelled with my elderly mother and Theresa offered her a rubber mat for the shower so... more

It is a nice place which has rustic style. It is such a lovely place that once you have stayed with them you won't stay anywhere else. more

What can you say about the loveliest hosts in the world? I guess, just that you should definitely stay here. Such generous, kind, warm, knowledgeable and wonderful people you will ever meet.Their home is like a fairytale. The only thing that I think it lacks is wireless internet and perhaps a direct telephone line. But don't let that stop you... more

It is hard to write a review about the Buffaloberry without gushing, but if it sounds that way, it's because it really is THAT good. I am sure that there may be fancier B&Bs (although this one is in a gorgeous house, beautifully decorated in a chic but elegant rustic style, so it certainly stands out), but I have to... more

We have just returned from our Canadian holiday of a lifetime and our 3 night stay in the Buffaloberry was the highlight of our trip. We stayed in 7 different accommodations on our holiday and this was by far the best and was an easy 5 minute walk from the centre of Banff. 1/ OUR HOSTS James and Theresa are... more

My husband and I have just returned from a ski holiday at Banff where we stayed for a week at Buffaloberry. Overall I cannot recommend this place highly enough. You will not be disappointed with a stay here. James and Theresa are the perfect hosts. The breakfasts every morning were a highlight and kept us going all day whilst we... more

My husband and I stayed three nights at the Buffaloberry B&B recently. What a wonderful experience. James and Theresa were great hosts. Read other reviews for all the details, because they do cover all the points. I will say that while breakfasts were definitely gourmet, James and Theresa went out of their way to offer me choices that I could... more

Really great smiling, friendly, personal welcome and introduction to Buffaloberry. Superbly clean and wonderfully comfortable rooms; and absolutely delicious breakfast. Plus really knowledgeable about the area and very helpful with suggestions about places to go/see/hike etc. We were delighted to experience the Grassi Lakes on the recommendation of James and Theresa (the owners) - thank you both very much. more

The Buffaloberry is what I would describe as perfect in a Bed and Breakfast. The hosts, James and Theresa, offer more than just a comfortable house to hang your hat. From the first time you step foot through the front door they are assisting you in anyway possible. Their knowledge about the area is priceless. This was my second trip... more

My husband and I just returned from a 5-day trip to Banff, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Buffaloberry. The decision to stay here was based solely on Trip Advisor reviews, so I wanted to share my experience with other travelers. In reading reviews about the Fairmont Banff Springs and Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, I noticed that people were... more
