We loved the Buffaloberry. The inn was beautiful and our room was comfortable and quiet. The hosts went out of their way to share their knowledge of Banff and the surrounding area. Breakfasts were gourmet, delicious and healthy. The location was a couple of blocks from the town and perfect for walking to dining and shopping. We loved being able... more

Theresa and James are the ultimate pros. They responded to our emails promptly and professionally - before we booked, during the booking process, and after we booked (to help guide us with some restaurant requests). The B&B is absolutely immaculate (still with a warm ambiance). There is a "shoes off" policy. We were each provided indoor slippers (pink and black)... more

Buffaloberry B & B is the only place to stay in Banff! If you want an upscale setting along with hosts Theresa and James that will guide you through your experience. They are the best hosts that immediately make you feel comfortable. The breakfasts are gourmet and hearty enough to last until an early dinner. This is a unique experience... more

My wife and I were married in an intimate outdoor ceremony in Banff National Park a year ago, and we arranged our wedding plans through a local wedding coordinator. We loved our stay at the Buffaloberry Lodge. Our hosts Theresa and James were very attentive and helped to make our wedding experience very memorable. They provided delicious homecooked breakfasts in... more

The B&B was one of the best we stayed in. Very clean, wonderful food and very warm and friendly hosts who help you plan your daily trips and go out of their way to help in whatever way possible to make your trip enjoyable. They allowed us to borrow their ski/hiking poles which were a life saver on our treks... more

We stayed at Buffaloberry after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor. You will not be disappointed as all the reviews are correct. The B & B is incredibly clean and well ran. Theresa and James are lovely and very welcoming. The breakfasts - amazing!! We travelled with my elderly mother and Theresa offered her a rubber mat for the shower so... more

What can you say about the loveliest hosts in the world? I guess, just that you should definitely stay here. Such generous, kind, warm, knowledgeable and wonderful people you will ever meet.Their home is like a fairytale. The only thing that I think it lacks is wireless internet and perhaps a direct telephone line. But don't let that stop you... more

It is hard to write a review about the Buffaloberry without gushing, but if it sounds that way, it's because it really is THAT good. I am sure that there may be fancier B&Bs (although this one is in a gorgeous house, beautifully decorated in a chic but elegant rustic style, so it certainly stands out), but I have to... more

We have just returned from our Canadian holiday of a lifetime and our 3 night stay in the Buffaloberry was the highlight of our trip. We stayed in 7 different accommodations on our holiday and this was by far the best and was an easy 5 minute walk from the centre of Banff. 1/ OUR HOSTS James and Theresa are... more
