Theresa and James are excellent hosts, in part due to their attention to detail. The house is beautiful and spotless. From the custom-blended juices with gourmet homemade breakfasts to their spot-on recommendations for activities and weather conditions, they are the perfect combination of hospitable host and tour guide. They let us use their personal hiking equipment at no charge, recommended... More

We have stayed at many B&B's - Buffaloberry is the best of the best. Welcoming, friendly, helpful, exceptionally spotless in the rooms and common areas, a place you enjoy being and relaxing. Theresa and James invite you into their home as friends and make your stay memorable. Their B&B is beautiful as is Banff, their pride is reflected in how... More

They are so warm and welcoming, staying with Theresa and James at the Buffaloberry is like staying with friends... if you happen to have friends who are meticulous housekeepers and terrific cooks! Not only is this their business, it is also their home, and it is reflected in every detail. From the yummy breakfasts to the helpful sightseeing guidance, they... More

We fancied something a bit more individual in Banff rather than a large chain or the ubiquitous coach tour type accommodation. Using Trip we selected Buffaloberry and were not disappointed. Theresa and James are splendid hosts and clearly take pride in their business which is always nice to experience. The building has been built with a B&B in mind which... More

My husband and I recently stayed at this B&B for our honeymoon and we loved it! James and Theresa were the nicest and most accommodating hosts. They were very welcoming when we first arrived and the home itself is a haven for comfort. The rooms were tidy and had a nice homey feeling to them. The breakfast was beyond amazing!... More

James and Theresa are just fantastic hosts. They are the utmost professionals--they will always make time for whatever a guest needs, regardless of what else they might have to do, and running an inn, they have to do a lot! Our room was comfortable with windows that opened out to the beautiful deck and garden. Breakfasts were fantastic. Beware, though,... More

We only stayed one night before driving back to the airport, but would have enjoyed more. Nice clean spacious room. Lovely hosts. We enjoyed chatting over a delicious breakfast. They were knowledgable about hiking spots. Complementary drink and snack in the evening. About a 10 minute walk to restaurants. The hosts made good recommendations. Easy street parking. We enjoyed our... More

Our stay is Banff was simply fabulous and staying at the Buffaloberry B & B contributed to the overall experience. The location was fantastic and we walked downtown daily. The breakfasts were excellent and my gluten free needs were safely met. The gf bread from the local bakery was a real treat. We chose the Olds Rooms on the second... More

James and Teresa are exceptional hosts. I arrived in Banff having driven from Calgary and was quickly settled in this delightful B&B. Teresa sent me off on a number of hikes and a plethora of restaurant suggestions for dinner. James lent me bear spray and walking poles, I looked like a local! It was very hot when I visited and...
