Don't be afraid of going there because it isn't so close to the city. The bus #2 passes just in front of it and it takes 5 min to get to the center. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, with a big locker and a good toilette inside. The mattress is much too soft tough.... More

I stayed in Banff for only two days... but the HI was really nice. I had help with my luggage and also was able to ask when i needed something. The room was clean and the furniture quite new. What a wonderful hostel this is!!! Ofcourse the place there in can't be better, in the middle of the Rockies, Banff National Park.
