My wife and I spent 3 days here. We enjoyed staying in a place with character and history and where the hosts were long term residents of Banff. Location was perfect, it was very quiet but very close to the centre of town. Never had trouble parking in the street even though it was over a Canada Day weekend. The... More

Convenient location and a very affordable price for overpriced Banff. The home is over 100 years old and the guest "suite and lounge" are very dated and not particularly comfortable. Our hosts were very accommodating. Breakfast was adequate but not inspired.

I had been looking for a B and B where i would be the only tenant for a reasonable price and i found it. I booked it for 4 nights and it's only 3 blocks from the main shopping and restaurant strip on Banff Avenue, as well as a little over a block or so to the footbridge at the... More

My daughter and I stayed at this place and had a wonderful time. It is about 2-3 blocks from the main street and the walk to town was very easy. The breakfast was cereal / granola / warm English muffins/ regular muffins and fresh cut fruit. The have a wealth of advice as far as which places to eat at... More

Jannis and Doug are great people! They helped us a lot and offered us hospitality in their warm and cosy home. The Woodside cottage is lovely and historic, somewhat on a distance from the street in a nice front garden. The room where we stayed was comfortable and the beds gave us good sleep. The guests' room offers a lot,... More

In July we took trip to Calgary stampede then headed to Vancouver stopping at Banff overnite. We stayed at this B & B when in Banff. We had bedroom with twin beds and separate bathroom. We could also use dining area to make coffee, tea or just sit for awhile. This was convenient location to walk to downtown Banff. Owners... More

A 100 year old house with a great location in a quiet street just a couple minutes walk to the main street. The property has charm but needs some attention. It is clean, small with one room only. Two comfortable single beds with OK space, good curtains, a fridge, poor lighting, a small bathroom but it does have a spa/jet bath... More

This historic retreat will celebrate it's 100 years as well as the Parks Canada. We have come here for the last 15 years and wouldn't think of anywhere else to stay. It's location is perfect to Banffs main street( a 3 min walk) with shops and plenty of places to eat or take in the beauty of the parks and... More

I stayed here three nights. The house was lovely; very nice breakfasts. Very homey place, complete with a dog that will sit at your feet; felt I was coming home each day after my conference. The owners were very knowledgeable about the town and area. Also very convenient to Banff Centre.

This was my Wife and I's first stop in Canada. It is a nice little B&B with one room with single comfortable beds. It is nicely placed for walking into town (about 10 mins to other side of Banff) and has free parking. Each morning we walked to the river and saw various wildlife elk, deer etc within a 3... More
