What the website doesn't tell you - this hotel is connected to the Voyager Inn next door. They share a lounge, restaurant and pool and everything is at the Voyageur. That being said, the lounge is super old school and the best spot to get to know the local personalities. It's far from the strip, but that's probably why they... More

We decided to stay in Banff at the last minute, and this hotel had rooms on sale. I would have been extremely disappointed had we paid full price. The underground garage is poorly designed, so although there are a lot of parking spaces it is difficult to fit into one without doing a 21 point turn. If you value your... More

Room clean and comfortable but no fridge or kettle in room. Pillows extremely soft and small balcony at rear of hotel had just 1 plastic chair. Room 603 a good 10 minute walk from reception if you could find your way down. Hotel is situated a good 15 minutes walk from town on outskirts of Banff. I found the door... More

Won't be back to this hotel. Front desk staff were rarely available at the desk and were very unfriendly, room was not cleaned daily when we asked and had to call several times to have it cleaned. We had 4 people staying in the room and staff would only bring 2 towels. No fridge in double queen rooms. Had to... More

From someone who has stayed in some pretty awful places around the world, and never complained once, this place is an absolute nightmare. No one is at the front desk, you have to go to the other hotel next door for any questions etc. They lock the front lobby doors at night and the only way to get in is... More

Friend and I booked the Inn, after we heard and read all kinds of bad reviews, we were a little nervous. Checked in, no problem, got king bed, hair dryer, coffee maker, clean room, balcony, underground parking ,TV and Internet service. Would highly recommend this hotel. You can walk downtown, but a fair hike.

Won't be back again. Expected more for 200 bucks. Extremely noisy with drunks running around. Beds are hard and and the old tube tv to go with the 13 channel selection is nothing to brag about. The one plus is the heated underground parking.

Stayed for 12 nights with a friend in a double queen room. Room was warm, and clean. TV had good selection of channels. Hotel has a good breakfast next door and a spa that is great after a ride. Hotel is missing some of the services of the more expensive places but at this price it's worth a stay.

We stayed for a one night after intense ski day. Checkin - fast. No problem with underground parking. Got breakfast vouchers in next door Banff Voyager. You can upgrade continental breakfast to hot one for 7$ per person. You will need password for WiFi . We had off site dinner and crashed into the beds after. Room was warm, heater... More

We stayed here for our annual trip to Banff for the Santa Claus parade. The room was very average, and in need of updates. No fridge, microwave, tube TV, no fan in the bathroom and the softest beds ever. There is no pool on site, so we walked to the neighboring property to use their pool at the Voyager Inn.... More
