This hotel is just ok. Kind of far away from downtown Banff but there was transportation available. Was strange to be booked at Spruce Grove Inn but had to check in at the Voyager next door. Did receieve vouchers for breakfast but we didn't get down there until 11am and it was closed. Couldn't even get lunch. A little disappointing.... More

We started our family vavation (4 persons) andI did not have high expectation for the price we paid but was very surprised with the overall quality of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, nice underground parking and the fact that all the services was in the sister hotel next door (with connecting tunel) did not bother us at all.... More

I am here right now, after spending 45 minutes looking for a parking spot only to be told to just find a spot on the street. This was after trying to get into the lobby of this hotel, at about nine pm, to find a sign saying that if we need anything to go to the Voyager Hotel next door.... More

Thank you for your feed back as all such information is always very helpful towards improving the Hotel's operations and the Guest experience. With regard to the Heated Underground Parkade at the Spruce Grove it is unfortunate that sometimes people do not always park correctly & thereby occupy more space than is required, a check was done on the Parkade... When a booking goes wrong from the start one should bail. Part 1: This one started out wrong when I discovered that my entire stay at Spruce Grove was charged to my credit card the very moment I confirmed on-line - something I discovered when I received my CC statement. I have booked many a times on-line nationally and internationally... More

Hi, I had a good stay at this hotel, the rooms were clean, large, beds were comfy and had a decent tv with a few channels. The only complaint was that the wifi was slow but it was also ok as I wasn't in Banff to go on the internet all night. After reading the reviews, I knew that this... More

Room with two double beds was fine. Very clean as was the bathroom. Breakfast is quite basic but there are so many lovely coffee shops and cafes in Banff this isnt a problem. Free parking and wi-fi. 10-15 minute walk to the centre of town but it is a picturesque and enjoyable stroll. Pool and facilities didnt look very inviting... More
