After encountering a minor problem in one of the chalets, the extremely helpful and very curtious staff went "above and beyond" to help us out. Wonderful chalets in a great setting.

We stayed a few nights on the way back from the Okanagan in a Pine Cabin..I realize these are not the luxury cabins, but for $279.00 (over $300.00 including tax) we were expecting a little more...The bathtub was old and stained and so was the sink..although the towels were nice and fluffy and there was nice toiletries..The King bed was...

Nice place in a great location -about half way between Banff and Lake Louise. Our cabin had 2 bedrooms and was perfect for 2 couples. Wireless internet was spotty at best and mostly non -existant

Wound up here by chance when a camping trip got rained out. We found our suite very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was excellent and the kitchen was furnished to the normal level for such. The bathroom had a (small) shower and a two-person Jacuzzi; terry-cloth robes, lots of good towels and an above-average selection of toiletries, including bath...

You are half way between Lk Louise and Banff so you're still close enough for entertainment and yet feel isolated in the bush with hiking trails within walking distance. Wildlife surrounded us!

The chalets are reasonably well appointed...

We stayed in a Two Bedroom cabin at Castle Mountain Chalets and it was fantastic. As the website states, this property really is in the heart of Banff National Park, and is very close to the trailheads of a variety of amazing hikes / backcountry trips. A perfect place to stay to ensure an early start to your hike! We...

Great setting below Castle Mountain with comfortable and very well equiped chalets serviced daily. Got woken by freight trains crossing nearby and sounding their horns but began to sleep through these after a few nights. Friendly and helpful staff and general store selling basic foodstuff, gifts and fuel. Good walks nearby and plenty of wildlife. Good touring location to get...

The Castle Mountain Chalets was our favorite lodging in a 2 week stay in Alberta and British Columbia. You can't beat the location. It is great for Banff, Lake Louise, Yoho and Kootenay. Jasper is still a little too far away. The cabin itself was great. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of room. There was only...

We had another wonderful stay at castle mountain chalets. This was our third time there and we will go back for sure. The chalets and property are extremely well taken care of and clean. The staff is always friendly and the location is excellent!
