The staff is friendly, rooms and toilets are clean room spacious and cozy, there is a garden where most of the rooms point to so it's very quiet. I didn't like the fact there is no breakfast but there are many other hotels around that offer this option for you. For the price it's a good deal.

This motel was very reasonably priced and is now a subsidiary of the Inns of Banff group. We came for a quiet retreat and found exactly what we needed! Our main door looked out into a forest and the other door/window led to a very pleasant treed, benched, central court! It was a quiet place, except for a few trains,... More

Thank you for your kind comments. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the secluded location of the inn and had a restful stay with us. The hotel is now under new management and patrons of Bumpers are able to use the many facilities at some of the other hotels in town at no additional charge. These facilities include swimming... At first sight this Inn didn't seem like much. But even though the rooms are older, they are well equipped, clean and the beds were super comfy. It is on the outskirt of town, so you do avoid the noise of a busy town. Walking to supermarkets, eateries or to sights in town still achievable. We loved staying here with... More

Thank you for your time in reviewing our property. I am glad to hear you found the room clean and your bed very comfortable. The location of the property is ideally suited to those who want a quieter location away from the center of town. The shops and restaurants as you mentioned are only a short walk away though and... We booked bumpers for a ski weekend on short notice as it was the cheapest available room at the time in Banff. The hotel shows a bit of age but that's why your not paying the big bucks. We booked a pet friendly room so we could bring our Yorkie along and were plesently surprised to find a dog bed... More

I just spent the night at bumpers inn, it was clean, the bed was comfy, and it had everything we need to enjoy a beautiful day in banff. The staff was friendly and helpful, over all great value. I'd recommend this to anyone on a budget looking to stay in a cozy spot away from all the noise.

Good clean little room. Quiet, great mattress and pillows, very comfortable. The Inn was at the end of the Banff strip, which probably kept it quiet. Eligible to use the hot tub at Inns of Banff, had a super stay there!

Booked a room for a good price on Expedia. Rooms were small and out-dated but very clean and well-kept. Staff was friendly. Great place to stay to see Banff on a budget. Served it's purpose.. would definitely stay here again.

Stay here... Its not "Boutique" but its warm and friendly feel and quiet location on the edge of town but still only 25mins walk into the centre of town make it perfect if you are not into spending all of your holiday money on where you will sleep each night. Rooms are immaculate and well laid out with huge windows... More

I stayed here for 5 nights earlier in the year. For the price (off season) it was incredibly reasonable. Banff is quite small so we were able to walk to the downtown area and drive to the further out places. The money we saved on hotel we were able to use for more important things, going to the spa, nice dinners... More

Not the closest motel to central banff and this is reflected in the price, but still perfectly walkable. The motel was very comfortable , clean and Quite. Staff were friendly Very good option if you are on a budget and don't mint the walk. Worked out cheaper than the Hostels in town.
