My husband and I went to Banff for Easter weekend and stayed at the Rundlestone Lodge. We had the jacuzzi suite, and it was beautiful! Open-concept room with jacuzzi, bed, couch and fireplace, and separate bathroom with shower. As soon as we entered the building we could smell the wood-burning fireplace, and it was oh-so-cozy. Our room was also very... More

Just got back from an Easter weekend skiing in Banff. We booked through Travelocity and the price was outstanding. Rundlestone is an excellent value for an upper range lodge. The lodge was clean and everything appeared recently remodelled. I was impressed with how quiet the hotel was at all times. We have had some bad experiences with noise at ski... More

I went to Banff in the early spring as part of a "girls weekend out." My party consisted of three mothers in our early 40's and one teenage daughter. We chose this hotel for the price (at $150/night for a room with two double beds, it was comparable in price to many hotels in Banff and substantially lower then the... More

We stayed at Rundlestone Lodge from March 29th to April 3rd and I must say the room was excellent: big, roomy, comfortable, and included a balcony from which we could see the mountains. The indoor pool with whirlpool was just as good. Breakfast at the hotel could have been better had they had a hot buffet. There is free wireless... More

If you are to stay here then I would recommend to pay for a room upgrade as I only had a standard room (was the only option available at the time of booking). The decor in the room was dreary and dated with uncomfortable bed sheets. On the plus side, the room was kept very clean and the house keeping... More

My boyfriend, his young son, and I stayed at the Rundlestone Lodge for 2 nights in March 2009. Overall, we had a great stay! We did not try the hotel restaurant, and honestly had very little interaction with the hotel staff, so I cannot really comment on those aspects. In fact, we were only in the lobby area twice: during... More

When looking for a location to get married, we found the Rundlestone to be the best through our online research. After many attempts to get in touch with their wedding planner and never hearing anything back, we met with someone at the Juniper instead, and after a very disappointing trip, we decided while we were in town to walk to... This has been our third time to the hotel. But this time we had our 1 year old son with us. THe room we first had wasn't going to work for us so they were able to put us up in the biggest room there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The resturant was great. The food was to die for.... More

Stayed for one night on a short vist to Lake Louise and Banff. This was our second trip to the area and we took a friend's recomendation and stayed at the Rundlestone. The room unfortunatly had no outside view with the window overlooking the indoor swimming pool, it was a lot smaller than other hotel rooms we've stayed at and... More

My partner and I had planned our trip to Calgary as my brother and his wife have now emigrated and we thought we would amalgamate our annual ski holiday with visiting them as well. As Calgary is a good hour and a half drive to Banff we thought we would book a place in Banff to stay for over a... More
