We had a clean and comfortable room. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This hotel has indoor parking and a choice of dvd's to use at no charge. We didn't try the restaurant. Overall we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

This Hotel exceeded our expectations as unusually, our room was exactly as portrayed on the Website. We could not fault this Hotel. All staff, including the Dining Room waiters, were extremely helpful & friendly and gave a very good service. We are very particular & like a good standard of room & hotel and this more than matched our criteria.... More

The Rundlestone is located 10 mins walk off the main street in Banff. If you can't walk that far, there's plenty of parking in town (just have to park 1 to 2 blocks off the main street). It has a pool, jacuzzi, and a small gym. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was under repair during our stay and we were unable to... More

The front desk staff and management at the Rundlestone Lodge Hotel were uncaring and totally disinterested in working out a solution to a problem that occurred when my wife and 20 year old daughter spent the night there for an economical mother and daughter fun birthday celebration night together. They had planned to spend the night watching 2 or 3... More

I stayed at this hotel last week and found myself disappointed. The only rooms available were on the ground floor-our room was next to the restaurant-fortunately it wasn't open the night we were there. The room was outdated-the television didn't work well and I never figured out how to use the dvd player properly (note it was rainy and we... More

Stayed 2 nights and wish we had longer. Room was very comfortable. Large quiet and clean. Only thing is that it is a bit further out than most of the others but still an easy walk. We didnt eat or drink in the hotel and cant comment on that. Wireless internet in room but acces to computer was expensive. Service... More

This was our second stay at the Rundlestone Lodge. Upon check-in, I asked if they had a room available with a king bed and was given an extremely small and noisy room overlooking the street. We immediately asked for a different room and were given a very quiet room on the first floor overlooking a parkette. Although dark, this room... More

The Rundlestone is a nice place to stay in Banff. It is on Banff Avenue the main road in the downtown area. It is at the en of the road so you do have a little walk to get to the shops and restaurants but it isn't that bad. The restaurant at the hotel Jack Pine is nice. They have... More

The rundlestone was ideal for our needs. The room was spacious and the kitchen functional. The hotel is well kept and clean. The pool and hot tub exceeded my expectations. The shallow end is very shallow, good for kids, not great for swimming laps. The hotel is on 'the strip' but not 'downtown' It would be a long walk but... More
