For the price this is a pretty good hotel. The lobby is nice looking and the front desk was very helpful with advice and adventure bookings. The rooms are clean and look exactly like the photo on the website. Bathrooms are nice with new bath/showers and granite counters (large) and tiled floors. Coffee in the room (nice touch), extra pillows... More

My wife and I arrived in Banff to be greeted by an Australian girl, Erin, on reception. She was very friendly and very helpful. This was just the thing we needed after a long journey to Banff. Check in was smooth and nothing seemed to much trouble. The hotel is within 10 minutes walking into Banff town center and we... More

We booked into the Rundlestone after spending over a week travelling in an RV where the basics where hard to come by. So the Rundelstone was perfect for a little pampering. The room was large with a twin tub jaccuzzi clean (but a little dated) robes/slippers were supplied. They have a nice pool area with a small sunbathing balcony. The... More

Never expected they offered us a jazuzzi bedroom is a opened-concept style, without glasses which very suitable for the honeymoon couple with reasonable price. In addition, the toppest floor bedroom has a vaulted-ceiling given a spacious envirnoment for enjoying holiday! I am highly recommended for a couple wanna fun!

We found the hotel very welcoming, and our room was wonderful. It was spacious, clean and had a lovely view overlooking the garden. The reception staff were always very accommodating when it came to advice on where to go and how to get there. The swimming pool was lovely. The ski lockers were great. My biggest omplaint is the food... More

The Rundlestone Lodge was a perfectly decent hotel, we stayed there for one night on a skiing weekend. The room was spotless which is always our biggest concern. Underground parking garage was great, ski lockers are available in the basement if you need them. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in was easy. We were on the third floor... More

I looked at a lot of hotels in Banff before choosing this one, and was not dissapointed. Stayed for 5 nights in October on honeymoon, and found the hotel to be perfectly acceptable, but not outstanding. Room was large and clean, with a decent bathroom. Got an upgrade to a room with balcony and view, and bed was comfortable. The... More
