I booked over the internet based on Trip Advisor reviews. The reception was staffed by and young "dude" staright off the ski slopes. He was just too cool to be professional. A 60 year old couple, we were told that we would have to provide a $150 surety for the room in case of any vandalism. His manner was VERY... More

My family consisting of 4 including a 6 and 8 year old stayed in their largest suite for four nights this past week. Our unit was a full two bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with jacuzzi tub), a large living/dining/kitchen area, two small balconies, large foyer area and an open kitchen/dining/family room area.... It always brings a smile to our face knowing guests had a great stay and we did all we could to ensure that. Thank you very much for such a positive review. I'm sorry our elliptical machine was in repair during your stay, though am pleased to say it is back with us now! We look forward to welcoming you... More

The rooms were clean, quiet, and much larger than I expected from the photographs on the website. We didn't hear anything during the night from any other guests, and every staff member we spoke to were friendly and helpful, though not overly so. The pool was clean, and very kid friendly, however not recommended for someone wanting to swim for... More

We recently stayed 11 nights with a group of friends (9) from the UK on a skiing trip and found the hotel rooms to be clean, roomy and well appointed, with an ice/vending machine on each floor; the underground heated garage held ski lockers (but nowhere for ski boots). We used the pool & Hotpool, and found it clean and... More

Stayed in the Rundlestone for 2 weeks in February, having previously stayed in Irwins & the Banff Inn, which whilst both fine, The Rundlestone was far better than either of them. Everything in the Rundlestone was great - the rooms were beautifully furnished, the Reception was great, the pool & hot tub were fantastic & we loved the restaurant. Having... More

We had booked a room with a jacuzzi tub, just because we knew that our muscles would be sore after a day of boarding on the slopes! We checked into our room, and were more than impressed. The jacuzzi tub was HUGE, the room was a decent size, and there was a good sized gas fireplace. The view from the... More

All in all, no major complaints as we went in winter and the rooms were well priced (I'm not sure about the peak season though). There was underground parking which is great for winter though some guests tend to double park and there were no staff to police it. It is important to note that this hotel does not allow... More

Thank you very much for your review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay with us. Our objective is to be a very good 3.5 star hotel and I am extremely proud of our staff and the high level of customer service we offer. I am English, so understand the importance of a good cup of tea! Though most rooms do... More

Good value. Free parking, free internet, free whirlpool. Rooms are ok, nothing special. Great front desk personnel (makes a mean fire). A 15 minute walk to the center of banff (free parking available downtown). Nice atmosphere and we would definitely come back.

We had the best time in our really nice room with a loft. The juccuzzi was nice and big. The view from the room was breath taking. House keeping did such a great job! The front desk folks really helped us out a lot. Cant say enough about how nice everyone was. Very welcoming. Spencer Boisvenue -- --
